This is a great Nordstrom. The staff was really helpful and there was a lot of space in the fitting rooms. I feel like at stores these days no one ever helps you and I was surprised by how attentive the staff was. Every time they saw my arms filling up, was closed to try on. They would put them back to a room that they had reserved for me. And made shopping actually enjoyable again.

The staff are very helpful, and engage in meaningful conversation to help in your fashion decisions. The layout is clean and easy to navigate. It’s quiet and peaceful.

Just like your average guy, I waited much too long to grab some essentials for an event.

I did not give him much to work with but Enrique made it happen and I'm grateful.

Cheryl S. went above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service when a dress I ordered online arrived without its belt. She reached out immediately when she learned of my time sensitive situation, and gave me daily updates as she worked to fix the vendor's mistake before my event. She reassured me throughout the process and explained each stage she went through to solve this problem. Within 4 days she got the missing belt to me, and I was able to wear the dress 2 days later. I was thrilled with her detailed, personal email correspondence, and her dedication to resolving this mistake as quickly as possible. Thank you, Cheryl. You are absolutely fantastic at your job!

Outstanding! I was shopping for a new men's suite, and Ken, from that department was extremely professional and helpful. He found what I was looking for in no time, and 20 minutes later I completed the purchase of the suite, three shirts and two ties. It was a great experience as I do not like spending a lot of time shopping.

A very assorted store. It's located in a good place in Burlington. You have a big parking lot, and if you don't have a car it's near to the bus stop. The clothes look nice.

Had the best possible sales experience with Candace today! She took the time to find a specific item of clothing for me, and was very patient in helping me choose the correct size.
Another friendly associate also came over to assist, but I unfortunately did not get a chance to ask for her name.

Highly recommend this Nordstrom location!

Honestly, there's no retail store in the world with better customer service than Nordstrom. It's my favorite place to shop for that reason alone.

I do wish there was some more variety at the Burlington location for formal women's tops/night-out clothes at reasonable prices, such as with Bloomingdales' Aqua line. Otherwise, I love Nordstrom and the shopping experience.

We had an amazing shopping experience with Ken today. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly in helping us pick out a suit and accessories for my husband. We’ll be doing more shopping with Ken in the future for sure!

A little expensive, but pretty.

Baker provided my sisters and I such a great customer service. He was happy to assist us at any moment that my sister asked for more shoes sizes. He was super nice, friendly and had a great attitude while working. It was so nice meeting Baker!

I went there with my daughter because she needed a cocktail dress. We were near closing time and she tried several dresses, by the time she finished the store was closed and you could hear announcements for the employees on the speakers. The ladies helped us completely undisturbed. We apologized a hundred times and they kept telling us not to worry. My daughter was very happy with her purchase. I know Nordstrom's prices are not for everybody, but their service is outstanding.

I did not experience any negativity or snobbiness from staff as some other reviews mention. I went in dressed in a Stranger Things tee and gym shorts and they treated me like I came in wearing a $10,000 suit and a Rolex. Ken is a fantastic and knowledgable salesman who treats customers with respect. For a more expensive store, it is pretty laid back which is a nice change from the stuffiness of some other places. Great selection of clothing and accessories. Definitely worth a stop!

Was very impressed by Paulina’s work ethic today.. I had to do an exchange and called in a few days ago, was transferred around with no conclusion.. I figured I’d give it another shot today. I called in and Paulina’s energy was very welcoming and patient. She found the item very quickly, held it for me, and made the return seamless! She’s brought my business back to the Burlington’s location 👌🏾 That’s what customer service should be like! Excellent experience with Paulina in Men’s sports dept.
