The gentlemen Nick at the self checkout station was really patient, and even offered helpful tips to soothe the pain of these unbearable self checkout machines, that are beyond sensitive to the point where it makes it unbearable to use half the time 😭 store itself has always been an alright store, prices are definitely noticeably higher than competitors, but that’s not the stores fault. Always nice staff there no problems with them just fix your system for real 🤦‍♂💯

I like the stores "Stop and shop" even if they are small. I usually find everything I need, and I love the bread department.
I'm glad you can always pop in and buy a birthday gift card or trash bags)) Whatever you need.
Huge parking lot. There are always parking spaces. There are construction works around, but it does not affect entry.
Minus - self-checkout is very often stupid. If you first enter the zone of check-out goods, it will squeak and give an error—such an imperfect electronic brain.

I love the stop and shop in stoneham so much! Great sales, amazing people! And they have a sushi bar witch is a life changer because it’s cheap! They have any food you need, best grocery store ever!

Store clean added more products store manager, and supervisor 's all very helpful and employees cashier's and employees on floor.

Ordering on the app and doing car side pick up is great here.

I changed my review to a 5 however its probably a 4.5 mainly due to the fact that the prices are higher than other local grocery stores. Sometimes they have shortages which I believe is out of their control. (Happens to most stores)The staff have always been nice and it is always clean.

It's great place to do groceries

Nice and close to my house and the lady at the register was so nice And helpful... I'm not sure the ladies name she needs to be recognized for her kindness.....

They 99.9% of the time have in stock why I need unlike other grocery stores that shelves look as though it's WWII and they're rationing food items. Very clean and appealing to the eye aesthetically! The staff is always friendly, helpful and efficient. Very pleased with my experience💯

The store was good had a lot of good sales but the cashier was not that good. We had a large order and I think she thought she had to rush because she pushed the items down the belt banging the fruit into each other. We went to that cashier because there was a person bagging until they decided not to bag any longer so we had to try and catch up.

I am so grateful for the amazing managers and staff at this location. Today as I was checking out I realized I had lost my wallet. Instead of turning me away they helped me look through the aisles searching for my wallet. They were so understanding and helpful. I was in tears thinking I won't be able to buy food for myself being as I only have that one credit card and no cash, but they let me have my groceries and told me not to worry about it. I cried even more knowing how kind they were to me! I have been shopping here for years and I will continue to do so. Best customer service I have ever received in my life! THANK YOU STOP & SHOP STAFF OF STONEHAM!

Hey....Stop and Shop Stoneham, MA it was my first time in your store today. It was an absolutely delightful shopping experience. You have amazing selections and so many specialty items. I will be back and it even means crossing town lines!! But it will be so worth it. The staff is super friendly and professional too...I can't say enough!!

Best staff, carriages always available, produce fresh, meat & seafood section one of the best in NE! (Tony👍). Clean, bright & always stocked. Cant find an item, suggested it, most times on shelf within a few weeks.

Love the location of this Stop & Shop, close to I93 and is convenient for a quick stop. Stopping by the meat & seafood section is a must, Vinny is my go to guy and is great with recommendations. He's helped me plan out a couple of my family dinners

Glad they're getting serious on masks, saw them asking someone to wear one the other day. A few weeks ago I saw a guy at customer service without one and nobody said anything. Improvement is good.

Sunday morning. 7 am. It's -4 degrees. I'm freezing various bits of my anatomy off in my black and neon yellow spandex leggings while gassing up my gorgeous classic 2003 f150, which has enough salt on it to make even the most saline of margarita glasses blush.

It's a smaller Stop & Shop but it commonly is very convenient to get in and out of and it offers a convenient gas station with competitive pricing and full service. The pricing inside the store is frequently lower than other grocers.
