I had the most amazing experience at the Walgreens store in Stoneham (store #3548).

Customer service is a lost art at many places, but Joe exemplified putting the customer first. I walked in, he immediately asked if he could help me. I asked for a phone charger, he took me over to a few options and gave me a recommendation based on his knowledge.

Since I had to use it, I opened it and found it was damaged. He apologized profusely (didn't have to), took ownership like it was his fault and found another one for me. His care was evident and I felt like the most important customer.

I wish all team members were like Joe.

I'd like to thank the pharmacist that was checking people out at the drive through late this afternoon. If it wasn't for her kindness I wouldn't have known about the coupon. She saved me a lot of money! Thank You!!

1000 times better than CVS as far as keeping your prescriptions flowing to you without month after month aggravation!!! CVS pharmacy blows big time!!! On the other hand Walgreens is fabulous and I tell them everytime I go in!!!

I rarely write reviews, only when it's positive. Today a woman went into the pharmacy and began SCREAMING at the pharmacy manager(I did not catch her name) I write this review to inform you that this disrespectful customer called the pharmacist names, held her self on a pedestal because she was a nurse and expected an immediate prescription during covid 19 and your pharmacist kept herself composed completely. I have been in hospitality for over a decade and understand this is a difficult time for most, and this customer clearly had a bad day and took it out on your staff. I MUST compliment the pharmacy manager that helped calm this woman down in moments. She was wonderful!

Kyle was the BEST!! He definitely deserves a raise called regarding propane he said he was pretty sure they had it then continued to go double check and look before us driving there. They luckily had it and he helped us get the new one and take the old one. Definitely a really good kid and hard worker thank you again to Kyle!!

Best Walgreens around!! Super helpful and friendly staff. Very clean store with shelves stocked with what you need. Great photo department always helpful. Plenty of free parking and is handicap accessible. Nice location off Main street . Good for a quick stop , gallons on milk available. Join the club for discounts.

Best walgreens I have every been to. The beauty specialist Nica is amazing she has so much knowledge and always a joy to speak to. Every time I am there she is always smiling and approachable. Would give them 10 stars if it could.
