The Token Smoke

To start off I never write reviews but I couldn’t let this service go without notice.

Not from the area so took a chance on “the token smoke” which I wasn’t to sure if they would be open seeing most shops open at 12pm- 1, but the shop was open on time and met with Lee who gave me outstanding customer service about the products that I was looking into, had a wide spread of knowledge and answered all my questions that I had. Probably asked a bit to much but he just kept going with information. I absolutely will be coming back again and

10/10 would recommend and ask for Lee for assistance he did awesome!

Great customer service and excellent prices best around

5 stars for Michael’s integrity. He may not remember but two males came in one day that were ignorant and when Michael told them masks were required they used their shirts to cover their mouths but later disregarded entirely. When they were checking out, one male paid in cash and gave Michael an extra 20$ bill by accident. As he was walking out, Michael realized and called out to him to return the money. Most people would have kept that money, especially after their behavior in store. Michael impressed me that day, enough that a month later I’m compelled to write this review. What goes around comes around, and I hope much more than 5 stars comes back around for him

I love this place! they are very conveniently located right down the street. Flee is very knowledgeable and helped me picked out perfect accessories I was needing. They have temp hours currently so call ahead they’re open currently open 9am - 8pm. Great time frame for ACL 2022 goers.

Awesome shop great variety of products and the gentleman behind the counter was very patient and knowledge when it came to the products I kept asking about

Awesome little local shop! Decent selection with all the essentials and some extras you wouldn’t think of. Most brands are available to chose from, pricing is comparable to other shops in the area that are part of a chain. Lisa, the clerk who helped me, made my day! She was great to chat with and went out of her way to make sure the item I was purchasing worked with what I had at home before I was on my way. Absolutely would recommend!

Shop staff is knowledge and friendly. Flea the owner is the man to see. Will be back

It says they close at 9pm but it's open from 12pm to 12am, 7 days a week. Friendly as hell and they have an awesome selection of products ranging from glass wear, acrylic, pre rolls and much more!! Definitely recommend if you are looking for a smoke shop, 10 out of 10.

Lee is amazing!
He was very patient and knowledgeable to all of my questions, he was also very attentive. The store looks well organized and neat.

Every time I come in I'm met with a hearty hello. Prices for accessories and rigs are actually fair if we where to compare lets say.. Pkay. . They have some unique items you can't find at any of the other shops.

What I appreciated from the owners is that they listen to what the customers want and are looking for. I see a lot of returning customers that I bump into when I go back to visit.

I asked the owner the other day for a specific hanger it was in 3 days later, hard to beat that.

Great prices, nice glass. The young lady working was very friendly and knowledgeable. Also, she was watching, king of the hill. I'd definitely shop here again, ill tell you what.

Lee is super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful . I’ve driven from Hutto just to go to this shop. Can’t say enough nice things. Keep doin what you’re doin.

Nice shop with a good variety of items. Staff is very friendly and offer good recommendations upon request.
Lately, the lack of change is disappointing but we are going through a change shortage so I get it ... but also, y'all could do better to prepare for your shift.

Good people good deals and good feels

Small but quaint little shop. The gentleman Joe that works there is awesome! They have everything for your smoking needs. Parking lots a bit small. But for the most part it's worth it :-) they've got my business.

The most intriguing Smoke Stop I've ever seen. This election is small and limited but what they do have is very high quality glass art. The people who work there know there glass and have it down to a science.
Its crazy I have passed this road countless times over the years and have never seen it. A definite "MUST SEE"..

The store is so fun to go in and look at all the different things they have the people in there are so nice and knowledgeable and just all-around great store!
