Dillard's

Dillard’s has always been one of my favorite places to shop. Store is always clean & well-organized, & the staff is friendly & helpful. They have a large selection of items & the quality is great.

Visiting Lakeline Mall is always a treat, and we got to visit Dilliards in search of some workout gear or sports lesiure gear. Found plenty of Nike Apparel, Mens Golf Shirts, womens shirts, shorts, and work out pants, staff was very helpful in finding the big and tall sections.

Stopped at Dillard's Lakeline to purchase a gift at the James Avery counter. Found the charm I wanted and a beautiful chain to match with help from Iris. She was awesome and helped me pick out the chain and she modeled them for me. World-class customer service and a seamless transaction. Thank you, Iris!

In town visiting family and killed some time in the mall on a Saturday. Did a little shopping in Dillard's, our favorite department store chain (and one of the few left...). The store was very pleasant (both locations in the mall) and the staff was very friendly. Overall, a good experience. Stay in business, Dillard's!

HUGE shout-out to Brittney at Estee Lauder for taking the time to give me a quick makeover as a spur of the moment, walk-in client-in under an hour, on a Saturday!!! My makeup looked amazing, and she was so sweet! I highly recommend her!! Thank you again!!

Dillard's has incredible selection and all of the items they carry- clothing, shoes, makeup and more are high quality! The customer service is wonderful and the sales associates are very knowledgeable on inventory, trends and more. I can count on this store for everything -- it is my go to, one stop shop and I recommend it for anyone. They have women's, men's, and I believe also a children's section. Most recently, I got some very cute cowgirl boots here and various tops that I am just in love with!

Thank you Scarlett at Lakeline mall for making my son's prom experience amazing! You were kind, patient and so thorough. I have never had this level of service before, and I wish I owned a business as I would hire you in a heart beat.

Yasmine (cosmetic manager) & Sylvia (customer service) went in for a store pick up for purchase and wanted to do an exchange. Went to the fragrance department to do my exchange for Dior instead of the YSL as I already have this at home. I wanted to do the exchange and return without waiting for my return. I am guessing the associate did not understand what I was asking, so unfortunately she did a whole return. I stated to her that is not what I wanted and she did ask for help at the end, but nothing could be done. Went to look for the manager to see if anything could be done and that’s when I meet Yasmine the manager on duty and she understood my concerned and was quick to offer a solution. We reselected the cologne and went to customer service with Ms. Sylvia and even thou it took some time to process these two plus the women’s manager made my experience enjoyable and I felt my concerned was heard. I am so thankful for these ladies who made my experience an enjoyable one. Thank you Dillards team at Lakeline

Dillards has always been a favorite store of mine since the 90's. I shop both retail and online, although I prefer the retail stores. The staff is always helpful and friendly. At one of my local Dillards I know some of the employees by first name. I went to Dillards this time to buy more cologne. I will always shop at Dillards.

Maria in the women's shoe department does a great job and is very patient with customers.

Scarlet did an incredible job assisting me with tailoring and finding the perfect suit. He went above and beyond to help find the best accessories to compliment the outfit and made the whole experience easy and fun. I will definitely be back to request his help!

Wonderful service at mens cologne counter. Its been my counter for some time now...and will continue to be with the wonderful ladies you have working there. Purchased some Burberry Hero ....very nice.

I was finding a dress on Wednesday and I found a pretty light blue dress and I was not sure if I wanted it because of the price. I asked a REALLY dumb question and the two girls behind the cash register giggled at me and told me they can only hold on to it for one day. they wrote my name down and placed it on "hold".

The next day I came the light blue dress was nowhere to be seen and I was Sad but I found another dress that apparently was on sale but the price tag did not say so what I thought was $128 was actually $44.

What happen on Wednesday was the first time I ever had a bad experience here, but for the most part this Dillard's is a clean organized shop with very nice cashiers.
