Starbucks

My drinks have always been made correctly.
The store is open, has a lot of light, and has a variety of different sized tables for customers.  There's patio seating out front.
Parking is complicated by the drive-thru. The drive thru is separated by a cement curb.

UPDATE: The team here continues to impress me. Sitting here and listening to how they manage the busy atmosphere with great attitudes and such a aplomb. Kudos!

Super friendly staff. When I walked in, I was greeted by several of the staff immediately and I believe the manager. Big smiles, happy attitudes!

This is my favorite Starbucks in the area they’re friendly, they’re fast, they’re efficient and orders are always accurate. I was there today and spoke with a man in the drive-thru. His name was James. He was very pleasant and very helpful. The lady who took my order she was also very friendly. I didn’t get her name but overall … Would definitely recommend!

Our go-to place for picking up the coffee before heading to Costco. Very good customer service 😃👍

Friendly staff. But who ever made my Frappuccino needs to learn it needs to be blended not just over ice.Very disappointed.

There's definitely a noticeably quieter atmosphere than other Starbucks in the area, maybe because of the higher ceilings? Some locations, it's so loud it's impossible to study or carry on a conversation.

I come here at least 4-5 times a week. The staff is so sweet. It's a busy location and I'm sure rush hour is hell but the staff always stays cool and sweet regardless of the bustle. I think it's weird some people leave one star reviews on Starbucks and it's always over like a singular incident lol after going here nearly every day for months I can count on one hand the number of times the coffee hasn't been right- It's very rare. Keep up the awesome work! ❤

Great customer service. Drinks are delicious. My family comes to this location quite often and always seems to be a good experience. The resilience of this location is commendable and I hope the employees are being rewarded just the same. If they form a u*nion I will support them so they can get the treatment they deserve.

This is the best Starbucks!!! Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. Great service and wonderful coffee.

Starbucks is starbucks. It is nice to come into a place that has the same food, the customer service and your favorite drinks.
Starbucks is always quick service and does a good job at bringing to you your drink that you ordered in your favorite way. This was a Starbucks in Austin Texas that we visited on our vacation

Oh man! Where do i begin? I am a regular at this location. I have been coming here since it opened. After hearing of "bad" reviews i curiously took a look at them. Are you F...ing kidding me!! You people that left negative reviews need to get a life! Rochelle, marissa, LB and the rest of the gang are simply the coolest, sweetest and the most dedicated baristas ive ever seen. Trust me....i visit them all, on my daily travels. I love Rochelle like a daughter. She keeps a pretty tight ship. These baristas are doing their very best to make each and every customer happy In this bat s!#* crazy world that we now live in.

i don’t usually go this location because i live far, but i was having a bad night and needed a little coffee pick-me-up. i went to the drive through and requested a brownie along with my coffee. when i got to the window, the girl (i didn’t get her name) was very apologetic and explained that they didn’t have anymore and offered to get me something else. no problem, i work in food service and i understand the situation completely. i got a banana nut bread instead and she was super super sweet and gave me extra as another apology for the wait and mixup. i cannot express my gratitude any more because it was the sweetest thing someone could do. i appreciate the customer service from this location, the friendliness of the staff, and , of course, the delicious coffee.

Stopped in for a quick snack and was pleasantly surprised at the large size of this particular Starbucks at The Parke shopping Center in Cedar Park. The staff was friendly and the coffee was not boiling hot. Bonus points for having family bathrooms. Double the points for them being clean!

I LOVE this location. Rochelle greets each and every person and makes you feel like you’re old friends. I had been here a couple of times and Angela greeted me to take my order, she greeted me by name and knew what I wanted to order. I was so surprised she remembered me. Ashley is always steady and calm knocking the drinks out no matter how hectic things are around her. It is a wonderful way to start my day.

Even on the busiest hours, I never wait longer than 15 minutes for my order. I tend to order ahead so it's ready by the time I get there. Sometimes it can get loud in the building with so many people and have had my order misheard. Parking can be a little difficult in this area when its busiest. Can't comment on the bathrooms but everything else looks clean.

The coffee is amazing, and the staff is full of sweethearts that make every morning a good morning. (Matt is an angel of a human, and Cayla is a BADDIE. We love her. <3) Love y’all & thank you for being such a pivotal part of the mornings!

This is my Starbucks for my before-work morning coffee run. The morning crew is fantastic. They're speedy, get us all through the line really fast, and they remember their customers. One time the girl gave me the wrong drink (I didn't notice until I got to work), and THE NEXT DAY apologized and gave me my drink for free. Great service! The one and only thing I don't love is one of the kids who does the evening shift -- most unfriendly individual ever, and has messed up my drink more than once and always seems annoyed with ME when I point it out. Still giving 5 stars because the morning crew makes up for it.

Starbucks Lago Vista is the best place ever, their service is top of the line and they make you feel like you are family not to mention the delicious frappuccinos and other treats!

I've been to other Starbucks and these guys are awesome and very personable. The shop is always clean and in order and treat you well. Kudos to the manager Rochelle she don't play.

I like Starbucks. The coffee itself is very rich, oily. The flavors are not tasting artificial like some you can buy in stores. Ans so many options. I am a decaf person. Can't tolerate caffeine. One has to be careful. Decaf is NOT no caffeine. Even decaf has some caffeine left. And Starbucks unfortunately has more left than other brands. So as a decaf person i only can do the smaller ones or i end up very jittery. But the flavor is just so good that i have one from time to time.
