They have an excellent variety of men's clothing. They also have a Backstage which is their clearance section. Lots of great items. The lady checking us out was super friendly. Love Macy's!

Thank you very much Rosa @ Estée Lauder Women’s perfume section. She answered the phone on a timely manner, helped us look for what we wanted and held it for us. Drove all the way from south Austin up north and she gave us awesome customer service. I enjoyed doing business with her as she was kind straightforward and helped us go on our merry way!

I walked all over the mall to all the jewelry dealers looking for my first “big kid” timepiece. Macys had exactly what I could only dream of at an amazing price. To have my own classic style automatic watch is amazing. The clerk was so incredibly sweet and made us feel comfortable and not rushed or anything. Will definitely buy jewelry again from Macys.

Had a wonderful experience yesterday at macys. The manager I think her name was yeri and one of the associates Cindy was was extremely great and provided good customer service. The manager called customer service via telephone due to something wrong with our macys card which took some time but both ladies patiently waited and helped us through out the process. Thank you so much again ladies and hope you both have a good Christmas and happy holidays.

Rosa Silva Losada, Estee Lauder Manager, at Lakeline Macy's was Amazing! I went in to get some makeup at the Lancome counter and she actually works at the Estee Lauder counter but she came right over to help me. She was so patient and helpful and took her time making sure I had just the right shade of foundation.

Macy's helped make my Valentine's Day gift perfect!

Most people would think getting your wife a Rocky poster for Valentine’s Day would be I’ll-advised.

Most times, I would probably agree.

But every once in a while, some off the wall (or in this case - on the wall) present takes first place.

We’ve had a lot of struggles over both our lives, with each other, but we’ve always had each others backs.

There couldn’t be a Rocky without an Adrian just like without her, there couldn’t be a me. 🙂

Great store, went in looking for a bathroom was quickly helped and stayed around looking at the cologn and perform, then wandered in to the mens section to find some workout gear. Plenty of choices and selections for Mens clothing, workout gear, shirts, hats socks and polo shirts. They also had a good sale running on some shirts for 24.99 of good high quality polo shirts.

Elana in cosmetics is my favorite sales person. She always knows exactly what I need. If she doesn't have it, she does her best to fill my request as quickly as possible. She is very knowledgeable about her products. 5 stars for her.

The Lakeline store continues to improve in its cleanliness, shopping experience and customer service. This is my go to store.

I knew I wanted to buy perfume for my boss, but wasn't exactly sure where to start.

The clerk at Macy's showed me many choices and answered my questions with a lot of patience. Then gift wrapped my gift and chatted with me while doing it.

She gave me her undivided attention, and I really appreciated that.

I am giving 5 stars for the care and attention I received while checking out. The Macy’s associate on the counter was Vivek, and do appreciate his attitude and attention to detail. One of the items that I purchased did not have correct barcode, Vivek recognized it and went extra length to get the right and save me money in the process - all this without me even asking for it. I did notice the price difference, but Vivek was on it before I could mention.

Terri is so helpful in the Furniture department..never gets frustrated!

The management was able to turn my bad experience into a good one by providing a caring and supportive environment for me to address my issues with them. They even got to know me better and used this opportunity for a teaching/training opportunity. Ceecee, was the manager I spoke with and she was a delight, giving me her full attention and allowing me to provide feedback. I am in service industry and we were able to connect with that concept to help each other out. I did notice a few more aggravated customers that were not able to resolve their issues, but were very hostile and entitled. Please remember that we are all human and that you get more out of making a positive experience than a negative experience.
