I was bent out of shape and upset after customer service and tech support couldn't help me. They sent me to the store and I'm glad they did because Mike helped majorly! He had my phone fixed back in no time and introduced me to another amazing program called my protect. Best customer service experience ever in a phone store! Thanks Mike!

We switched from T-Mobile to AT&T four days ago & Claudia was amazing , answered all my questions & she had a very calm demeanor the entire time ! You can tell she loves her job and also knows her job . In these days that’s rare and appreciated ! Customer service has declined so much since Covid ! Give Claudia a promotion , a raise or something because she deserves it !

I received a new phone and went into the AT&T store to get a Sim card. I received the best customer service from Daryl who was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. He made the experience great! I was switching from my Pixel to iphone and had some questions such as multiple contact (4 of each) and he helped me get down to one. We considered buying some products there, but the selection was limited and we figured I could go somewhere else. This visit was a great experience and Daryl is amazing!

I was greeted by the store manager on 9/15 and immediately he started the ball rolling with helping me.
An associate took over and got everything I needed to secure my next phone. I also thanked them by giving them a couple of cigars I had just purchased. Thank you to the Lakeline team for making it easy! 🤘🏼

Marcus was an absolute pleasure to interact with! The minute we walked in the store he greeted us and asked how he could help. We told him why we were there to upgrade a phone and he had us squared away in about 30 minutes. He was knowledgeable about the store's promotions and made sure we were aware of them so we could get the best deal on phone accessories. Marcus was fun, efficient and very easy to talk to while making suggestions to meet our needs. The other team members also interacted and took an interest in what we were doing. The team here made our experience awesome and this will now be our go-to AT&T store! Thanks again Marcus!!

Summer G. at AT&T Walden Park in Cedar Park, TX was amazing! She helped me replace and upgrade my phone with a great “can do” attitude! I had some hurdles to overcome (cracked phone…) and she helped me figure out solutions to save me the most amount of money. She also helped others in my family upgrade AND save money! She’s your girl for all your phone, tablet, etc. needs and I’m very pleased to refer her to everyone!!!

I’m leaving a 5 star review because Gregg was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for and at the best price. His awesome customer service is not the only reason I’m leaving this review. He made sure to take extra precautions to make sure I felt safe as well others around me. A guy in the store refused to wear his mask properly and Gregg politely asked him to fix it just for everyone’s safety that was shopping in store. The AT&T rep helping the guy disagreed with Gregg saying it wasn’t a problem. My issue is that that rep should know that we are in a pandemic and that it is a huge deal.

Att store helped us with the problem, and turned out my friend didn’t need a new phone. The old one was just needed to be cleaned to start charging when plugged in. Big help.

Representative Hunter was truly a pleasure to work with. Not only did he help me with my issue but he also encouraged his fellow colleagues. I can tell he has excellent leadership qualities. From a customer standpoint I really hope the managers are just like him. I will definitely be coming back to this store. Thank you hunter!

Mike greeted me right from the beginning. He was helpful, courteous, and patient with someone who HATES dealing with cellphone stuff. He handled my situation perfectly and answered all questions thoroughly. I would recommend him to anyone.

Me and my boyfriend went to this AT&T location and we were helped by DJ and he was the funniest guy ever and super down to earth. I felt like we were meeting up with an old friend, so I can easily say that he provided the best customer service I have ever received. If we ever need anything from AT&T I will be coming to this location and going to DJ.
