Man, I can’t say enough good things about the sales reps at this location! The screen on my iPhone went out last night (not good because I use my phone for work). I am an ATT customer but have been looking to switch due to poor service. Went straight up to Verizon store around 10:30 this morning. My 2 year old and I were greeted at the door by Daniel, who proceeded to help us switch over 3 lines and get 3 new iPhones set up. Zero out of pocket cost, took about an hour and we were out the door. Wonderful customer service!

My wife and I received the absolute best service at this location. literally the best I have ever experienced. Zachary Mire the sales representative went above and beyond. This is the only location my wife and I will ever go to for verizon service. 10 stars!!!!

Bobby is awesome! He made the process easy and was nice to talk to. He gave us complete disclosure of all the options, which isn’t always guaranteed. We felt we got the best deal for us, while also not being upcharged or duped. We got a brand new phone, case, and screen protector. Great experience!

Alfonso did a great job helping me select a new phone and transferring data from my old one. He was very straightforward with everything and made sure I understood all the ins and outs of my new device. He made the process as painless as possible.

My wife and I went to this store in Cedar Park which is in the HEB plaza. I have never had such a great experience purchasing a new phone. I had to get one for a new job.

Kennon runs the store and is professional, direct and does not have a complicated sales approach like other phone stores I have been to. Most cell phone stores eat up your time, have a confusing sales process, and things are very unclear when you buy a new line or phone.

On the contrary here, Kennon was right to the point, honest and very customer service oriented. He got us out of the store in less than an hr, and even taught me how to boost my local network speed on my current phone proactively; which was unrelated to the sale.

If you value your time, and your budget go see Keenon. I’ve been in sales for 13 yrs and was very impressed with my experience here.

Kennon is the best! I've bought a phone from him a few years ago! Came back and got a new phone with a smart watch. He was very helpful through the whole process. 10/10 would recommend!

This is the store I would recommend to all my family. I walked into this store and was introduced to Martin. He was very friendly and easy to get along with. The store lay out is very easy to find what your looking for. These people know what they are doing and can help out with any and all problems. Thanks Martin for the new LG g4s! We love them. Definitely a life changer!

Jordan Jensen was nothing short of amazing, from carefully listening to our needs to recommendations. He was a subject matter expert who made the upgrading and purchasing seamless, and dare I say enjoyable. That is the first time in all my years of being a mobile consumer.

True customer hospitality and a genuine desire to create a long term relationship was established and solidified!!!

My niece and I had an outstanding experience here! Our sales person went WAYYYYY above and beyond to help us out, get us the best deal, and make sure we understood everything and were well taken care of. He even offered to meet me at the store outside of his work shift to help me get my apps, data, and pictures transferred over. Was extremely happy with this visit.

Jeffrey bones and Martin Barrett assisted me in the store today these guys were amazing. they worked cooperatively to help me get my new email on the phone. Verizon would be wise to hire more guys like these. Nothing but praise 4 people who know what customer service is and have a professional attitude. Martin Barrett was the employee who was helping us and I don't think I have ever been so pleased with a service before in my life, and not just with phones. Martin continued to go above and beyond to make sure we were happy when he didn't have to. He is the person who we dream of finding when we have issues with our service or simply just want to know if we are saving the most money. I hope Martin stays at this store so I can always trust that someone is looking out for my best interest and trying to save me money. Hands down best sales experience I've encountered. Michael Lopez was helping me and it was great, he was very helpful and professional. Amazing place to do business with. Thien was one of the best people I have ever dealt with at cell phone business. I went in totally confused and he helped me get my refund back for My trade in. Plus he helped me understand how computers work. I am so glad I switched to Verizon. Everybody at this store was extremely nice and helpful.

Was going to switch carriers, but decided to stop in this store to chat with a sales person. Have been with VZW for 17 years , and was not aware of the customer friendly deals in recent months. After talking with Martin Barrett, he showed me ways to save money & keep my service. He is the best...professional, courteous, knowledgeable. Very pleasant experience for phone purchase. All representatives were were neatly dressed and well groomed. Tyler Daugharty was very helpful in explaining the phone choices for my needs. I have always been an Android person, so didn't even look at anything else. I selected the Samsung S21 5G and have only had it for 3 days, but so far I am extremely pleased. All my apps were downloaded form my old phone and the home page was really simple to arrange similar to my old phone. Faster phone, better sound quality and better camera. I am very pleased with my purchase and the service I received from Tyler at the 1020 North Bell Blvd. location, in Cedar Park, TX.

Martin was absolutely the most helpful sales rep I have talked to in all the Verizon locations I have visited. Very helpful, and selfless (seeing as how he stayed an hour and a half past closing to help me and my gf) and was extremely thorough in providing everything that we needed. Above and beyond, and did it with a smile on his face and never made us feel like a burden. Amanda was super helpful as well, demonstrating the same level of customer service. I will be coming back to this particular store for anything I need in the future. Bar none, one of the most pleasant and refreshing experiences I have had in a retail environment. I highly recommend this store to everyone, but only if you want to be blown away!

I came to this store because a different Verizon store treated me poorly. Upon entrance, I was greeted by kennon Williams and he provided beyond excellent customer service. He answered all my questions, walked me through everything, took his time and didn't rush me out of the store so it is safe to say I will always come here exclusively. Kennon Williams is an AWESOME sales rep!!! He is the only one I work with, there is nothing he can't do!!!!!

Vincent was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to assist in transferring to my new Google Pixel 2 and answered all my questions and was very patient. One of the best employees I have dealt with and I worked in Customer Service for many years.
