Starbucks

Odd to write a review on a Starbucks but this is “my” Starbucks. The consistency in service and employees (now friends) separates this business from most. Even if I were to quit coffee I would need to find a reason to visit because of the great team here running things.

My card was declined today due to recent events. I politely asked the Barista to cancel my order as I had forgotten my card was not currently available for use. He was kind enough to give me my drink for free. Super friendly; immediately welcomed me as soon as I entered the building. Great busy location, and best Starbucks atmosphere i’ve ever encountered.

This place has good energy. I love coming here to unwind and relax or just to get a drink for the road. The staff is sweet and kind and the place is always clean. I've never once had a problem here. If they made the rare mistake of messing something up, they go above and beyond to fix the issue. This is my favorite starbucks in Austin and I gladly travel 30 minutes on the bus just to come here.

They took the time to draw a smiley face on my coffee, I love extra details like that, and with their good service gets 5 stars from me!

Staff is always really nice. Fast . Atmosphere is nice and quiet. Good area.

Made the drink perfectly. Breakfast sandwich tasted fresh and was the perfect temperature. Order was made very quickly and the staff was friendly. Definitely one of the best Starbucks I’ve been to.

I love coming to this Starbucks super early in the morning. Everyone is nice and the coffee is always delicious.

The most convenient location in the Lakeline/183 area. As fast and friendly as always. Plenty of indoor and outdoor tables, although they're usually busy.

I went here with my husband on the day of our wedding and requested this. They were excited for us!

Every time I walk into this store I am greeted by two or three people who know me by name and always have smiles and sweet things to say. The service here is unmatched and this is the only Starbucks in Austin I go to now. Everyone in this store is so wonderful and friendly and fast with their service. I’ve come in and they’ll be slammed and everyone is still always so nice and amazing even though they’re busy. This place is so great because of how incredible the staff is. I wish I could give them a million stars.

I’ve had the same drink made here and at other locations a few times. These guys regardless of time and day always make it much better. I’m not a picky customer and always order off the menu. I appreciate that it tastes like coffee and not water.

My 12 yo daughter and I had a very pleasant experience at this location. We ended up spending roughly 3 hours just hanging out in Starbucks. We were well over due for a Mommy-Daughter coffee date. The staff were very knowledgeable about the drink I inquired about. My barista was so kind he offered me a sample of the drink free to try before I bought it. To my surprise I enjoyed the cup so much I bought a frappuccino in the same flavor. This location doesn't have a drive thru but the baristas definitely make it worth it to go inside.

The staff here are exemplary. I have been visiting family and have come in each morning. I am greeted by name and treated as a regular. I have watched them behave similarly with many of their customers in the morning. This place is a real gem!

All staffs are so kind and coffee is served quickly. Alex, thank you for making every Saturday morning a pleasant morning!

Color me impressed. I usually don't like leaving a review for a franchise business, but this particular Starbucks surprised me this morning. Knew who I was as soon as I walked in; kinda threw me off. I've ordered different items every time and pretty sure I come at different times. I know the mask couldn't doesn't help either lol. That kind of service doesn't go unnoticed. Kinda made my day 😁. Thanks

Oh yeah, and my mocca came out perfect, perfect temp, flavor waking me up as I type this.

I had just picked up drinks for my house on my way home. I took a turn to sharp and all the drinks went sideways all over my floor. Turned around to get new drinks and offered to pay for them again since it was my mistake. Lora had greeted me the first time and after telling her what happened she graciously made them all over again. They are safely held with a seat belt this time around. Everyone give a shout out to Lora when y'all visit her at the lakeline location. Thank you Lora!! I really appreciate it!

Really good food with a huge selection of drinks like Coffee and Tea. Staff is really friendly it is a little noisy but they are a really busy place

This post isn’t about the service (but the service is always amazing) but it’s about the honesty and integrity of the employees!!!
Last night around 8:30 pm I went into the Starbucks and bought a few things. My hands were full and somehow I ended up leaving my wallet.
I retraced my steps today and the team had it with everything still in it! I can’t express how much it warmed my head to know there are amazing people in this world and managers at this location hired the right team! I’d rather have an employee with integrity over any other skill. Integrity isn’t something you can teach, it’s ingrained!
