Ms. Kathy the store manager and her associate are absolutely the best and the sweetest. She went out of her way to help me find my store credit from a few years ago that I never had the chance to use. Thanks to her I was able to purchase my daughter's Barbie party supplies. It's so hard to find good people who will go above and beyond for their customers and for that reason I will continue to shop at this location.

Today I was helped by Cindy, her badge said inspiring joy since 2022. Just when you think customer service is dead you have the pleasure of meeting Cindy.
She was very helpful, she went out of her way to help me find all the things that I needed. All while helping me she didn’t miss an opportunity to greet every guest as they entered or left the store. I had a wonderful experience today. Thank you Cindy.

I ordered 12 latex balloons with helium in school colors that I bought at Party City and later brought in 12 more balloons that I bought with a college logo. And they added them to my order no problem. I paid for them to be blown up. Picked them up a few weeks later at 2pm in the afternoon for an evening party and they lasted all through the night and are still going strong 48 hours later!! If you want great service, and quality balloons, this is the place. They put them in a large plastic bag so it’s easier to get in the car.

The new manager of this location, Kathy, is so nice! She was on her way out and noticed I was looking for something and not only took me to the location but helped me dig in their restock to find what I needed - and she did it with the kindest attitude! I was so grateful and will be definitely coming back the next time I need party supplies.

My initial review would have been 1; but the leaders at this party city where able to put the CUSTOMER 1st. As a new mom I know nothing about ballon ordering. In addition, I am a working mom which adds so many challenges.

I placed an order of balloons for by daughters 2nd birthday; I picked a pick up date of Thursday @ 1pm. At the last min, work asked me to travel for an important meeting. I could not pick up the balloons. Neither did I know that it’s common knowledge that once you place an order you MUST pick up the items on the date and time indicated because any delays would impact the products delivery (they will get dis-inflated!)
The days passed and my mom was finally able to go… I forgot to mention I also have a newborn! When she arrived they stated “sorry ma’am that ordered was destroyed. It’s been too long and we had not heard from you”.
When I returned from work; I called. I could not loose $72 dollars of balloons! Plus I owed my daughter her surprise.

When I called my conversation began with Yesenia, she was kind and very attentive. My mom makes the drive once again to PC and they say “no ma’am Yesenia is new this can not be refunded or redone”.
I called back again, this time speaking to Michelle. Our conversation was rocky, but I expressed my lack of knowledge and the lack of information provided by PC. Information that is key, and not general knowledge to everyone. The call ended, with her stern response: No refund. No balloons.

I was determined and was going to take this to corporate if I had to. As I was making the call to corporate, Michelle calls back. She states, “ I thought of this some more and we’re going to help you”.

I wanted to take a moment and just celebrate: Michelle!

As a manger, she heard what I was saying; understood there was a gap and took action.
My daughter is 2 and my son is 3 months. I will purchase their party supplies at this location for all future parties. I am a life long customer. Compassion and Willingness to help makes Michelle a great manager @ PC.

Went online to Party City to order fun items for my dads upcoming 60th Birthday Party. Was capable of finding everything I needed and order from curbside. I noticed while checking out I made the mistake of using the wrong email address, a gmail instead of yahoo and was worried since I didn’t get a confirmation number. When I called the store I spoke with Zach Cervantes and he was so very professional and patient with me considering my mixup. He personally handled the order and called me when everything was ready. Thank you so much for team members like him working under these difficult times with covid-19. I’m so happy with my order and the customer satisfaction I’ve received from this store!

Lexie, or Alexandra, worked through an extremely long line by herself with such high spirits. She greeted every person who came in so nicely despite being up to her ears in customers. How she managed to have such a good attitude is beyond me! She kept the whole line happy when she could’ve been facing a mutiny. 😂 Thanks Lexi!

Best party city in town. Always so helpful and friendly plus the employees always have me laughing. The store is well organized and sorted and never a mess like some of the others.

Kathy & Mark are so helpful and go above and beyond to make their customers shopping experience great.

Great experience! I bought a ton of New Year's Eve party supplies on the Party City website and chose Curbside. Two hours later my order was ready for pickup! I pulled into the curbside spot, sent the text, and a few minutes later a store associate was loading up my trunk. Thanks Party City!

My experience was absolutely amazing. I stopped by party city and purchased a large amount of items for a 50th birthday party for my best friend which included balloons. Her son was sick at the last minute and I thought I may need to change the time of delivery for the balloons. When I called the store unfortunately my account was still registered under my maiden name so there was a bit of confusion on my order. The manager, Cathy called myself and my husband after hours to make sure that she connected with us and eased all of our worry. Before the evening Cathy was able to resolve everything as well as change my delivery time. I appreciated her after hours help not all managers are willing to go the extra distance and she absolutely did for us! Thx again Cathy !! Our party was a hit !!!!

I have been driving around Austin and other local areas in search of special sized confetti cannons and was slightly in a hurry. I had thought I had seen everything I was needing when I came in. As I was walking around, I had passed by a friendly smile! Mrs Kathy had asked me if I needed help and was extremely friendly!! I had denied her request to assist, as I had thought I knew where it already was. When I had gotten most of my items, it came down time for the confetti cannons. I was starting to walk the isles in search, and came across a familiar smile! Mrs Kathy kindly checked up on me again, asking if I was still doing good, and asked if I needed any help! She kindly walked me to exactly the isle and location of the confetti Cannons!! Mrs Kathy is a Life Saver!! She not only helped me, but also cashed me out when I was ready to check out! She is truly a God-Send, a real Life Saver!! Thank you so much again Mrs Kathy!! 5-Star review 100%!

Staff are nice and cordial. Best part was they had the Tiki decorations I needed for my tropical themed party. One thing to note is that the Party City site said they were out of stock, so I guess my best advice is to call and ask before making an out of the way trip to another store.

The young lady at the counter was so helpful and very polite to me and my family. The associate was Lexi, made out shopping experience an enjoyment. J will tell my friends to ask for her. Thanks
