I was delighted when i walked in. My local B&N closed and this one is even better. Associates are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. And so many books, puzzles, games, social stationery, plus an excellent Starbucks. I'll be back every time i visit Austin!

I always enjoy my time at Barnes & Noble. This last visit was with my granddaughter, she love to read. But one of the books she wanted was not in stock. The salesperson quickly called another Barnes &Noble for us. Success, my husband picked it up for her. It’s a very relaxing atmosphere.

Staff are always really helpful! Store and Cafe are always clean. Even in the kids section things are usually organized, which is great since I come with my toddler most of the time.

McKayla is honestly one of the best staff members I’ve ever dealt with. She remembers me every time I’m in the store, she’s quick to get me checked out and we have good conversation. If she doesn’t get paid the maximum for her work, B&N needs to give her a raise. I would give her 10 stars out of 5 if I could.

Amazing service. The cafe was delightful as well. Victoria took care of us and made delicious drinks and was so kind and has excellent customer service. She was talking to all the customers and so engaging with them and her coworkers. What a great visit. Plus I was able to pick up my book and cute new note cards. Was a great Visit. Great coffee and books. It’s my life!!

A quiet nice place to find books. The cafe is spacious enough for someone to sit and hangout. Clean store with great selection of books

I absolutely love getting my books here, and the staff in the cafe are spectacular. Fia always provides excellent customer service!

This is one of most welcoming places I know.
I usually find what I'm looking for and so do the kids.
Staff is always friendly in case we need help.

Nice pleasent atmosphere with any book you need or they will order it for you,I usually go to Starbucks and get a Mocha and read some magazines

Love this place, amazing selection of books at good prices and friendly personnel. Nobody that comes up to you bothering you with questions about how they can help you. You can just take your time perusing the inventory and to top it all off there is a Starbucks in there as well to serve your caffeine addiction.

I actually found a manga that was released a few weeks ago in Japan. It is amazing for Amercan stores to have new releases so soon!

We love this Barnes and Noble. There's always a huge selections to go through and something new to add to our book dragon hoard. Staff has always been friendly and helpful with hunting down a book you can't find, or giving some very good recommendations. We find it hard to leave without having several books in our clutches.

Staff attentive I knew exactly what I wanted but still on my no blinders path to the CD section. I was greeted and given eye contact.

Cozy interior that still has the nostalgic design I remember from my childhood.

The place is very clean and full of books. A wide variety of books.

Great place to have coffee relax buy and good book....but as funny as this may seem I love the puzzle selection as well.

Loved the layout of the store , helpful staff and a really nice coffee area. Come in to snag a book or stay and dive into your new read /get some work done at their Starbucks. Wifi works great w no connection problems and this store specifically does a great job expanding beyond just their books (records, stationary &planners , games etc) stop by and indulge in the literature!

A real bookstore is so nice to browse!

Amazing atmosphere and not only do they sell books. But Anime Figures and Manga. Great place to hang out since they have a Starbucks inside
