Enjoyed my experience, both times. Had an issue with the shoes purchased, and the return and reselect was painless and fun with AUSTIN. Let him take care of your shoe needs! He's knowledgeable and has a super attitude. No complaints from me on the pricing, good shoes that fit are priceless!

Great store for shoes, clothing, and Minnesota odds and ends. Good selection of name brand quality footwear. Customer service was really exceptional during our visit. Mary helped us find two pair of shoes that were just what we needed.

Really great customer service. I accidentally stayed past closing, and the ladies were so nice to me. Great merch too of course!

Dale E at the Duluth store was by far the best, hands on customer service support I’ve ever experienced. His knowledge of the shoes was incredible and he was so patient as he helped my husband get just the right shoe for his needs.

First time in and Patti was awesome! So helpful and kind. Left with two pairs of shoes at such a great price. Make sure to ask her about the better way of tying your shoes ☺ Will definitely be coming back!

Amazing Place! Helpful, Friendly service and quality products. They have an orthotist,Mike, at this location Wednesday and Friday. He took the time to assess the problem and was able to do in 45 minutes what my doctors couldn't in 6 months - I walked out of the store pain free - and have been seeing improvement since!
Would highly recommend this location and, if you have issues with plantar Fasciitis, make an appointment to see Mike!

I brought my sister, who has cerebral palsy, in for a foot evaluation with Mike. Long story short, it was an awesome experience! His knowledge and helpfulness were above and beyond. He was able to see what needed to be done to make her shoes fit properly and improve her gait. It was night and day! 100% recommend!

They have everything! Especially if you’re in healthcare (clouds, Hoka, sorel) Huge sale section, kids and baby shoes and clothes. Nice to have a store like this in the area as I prefer to shop local!

Excellent products and service! They should expand their children's line and make it a family shopping experience. It's impossible to find anyone who fits children anymore. So sad!

I had been waiting for the shoe sale at Benders so that I could get a nice pair of Keen shoes at a reasonable price. The sales people here were very friendly, helpful and all-around professional. They actually helped with my selection, sizing and in trying on my shoes. They helped me make the right decision.

The Grand Rapids Benders is awesome, especially Shelby. My mom and I recently shopped for a jacket and my mom was having a hard time walking. Shelby listened to my moms needs and brought her several selections. She found one she liked and she tracked down the correct size and color at another store to order. My mom now has her new jacket and is very pleased. Shelby has helped me previously - she is friendly and she always gives fantastic service!

The older I get the more problems I am finding shoes that actual fit. Being of a larger foot size (11 w) and a bunion not many retail stores carry half way cute not granny style big shoes. Well Bender's has them. Cute and not granny style Sales lady listened to my woes. And immediately knew which shoes would be for me. Love the knowing of your product Benders. Great service Nicole.
