Yesterday, I was in town looking for track spikes for me daughter. We just happened to stop by here and couldn't have been happier or more impressed with the excellent customer service! They have the best selection by far and at a great price. I will definitely come here any time we need shoes and have already referred Austin-Jarrow to the track coach.

Always appreciate that they’re focused on getting me into shoes that feel good for me, not those that are most expensive. Today I was dialing in on a shoe style and the staff went over to the clearance rack and had me try the discounted older version. I ended up with the new model but greatly appreciated that they suggested I try the discounted shoes. It’s great to have a local place where they’re happily willing to bring out a dozen pairs of shoes for me try and have their focus be on getting me into the right shoes, not selling me the most expensive ones.

A couple days ago I bought some track shoes from this store along with a few other things. The people working there are friendly and very helpful. The prices were surprisingly as good if not better than most large sports chain stores. Would defiantly be a repeat customer if I lived in the area.

I have very narrow and flat feet. I have never been able to find shoes that fit me anywhere. Austin Jarrow actually had multiple shoes that fit me perfectly thaf has never happened to me before. Reccomend this place for people who need narrow shoes. They have some B width in mens and even 2a's which is men's extra narrow or women's narrow!

Super helpful with deciding on new running shoes. Great selection for shoes and other running supplies. Can not recommend getting shoes here enough! Prices are good, oh best of all you can try shoes on, unlike buying shoes online.

Great staff that helped me find the best pair of shoea to fit my needs. If you are willing to pay a tiny bit more than the big box stores you will get a better pair of shoes.

This place is amazing they help you find out what type of shoe you need for what sport you do. They give athlete discounts. And the seller was a cross country coach so he really knows what he is doing.

This is the best shoe store around! I got a pair of Nike zoom victories and lunarglide +3 there. The service was great and prices were decent.
