Esperanza Children's Therapy

Overall we have been at this clinic since my son was 3. We have had multiple OT therapists but May Crystal has been able catch my son up to speed! & Rachel has been the only speech therapist for my son and both have done a tremendous amount for him. They have gone above and beyond!

Mrs. Alivia is awesome!! Highly recommend her if your child is in need for speech therapy

I had tried calling to get my son's services set up for him. I spoke to Idali to get an appt when she informed me that she needed to speak with his PCP first. She said she'd call me back, which she never did. When I called a week later and got a rude receptionist telling me Idali would call me back. She hung up before getting my son's name or my info! Of course, my call was NEVER returned. I talked to the PCP yesterday and she informed me that she never got a phone call from Esperanza concerning my son's referral. I would not even give 1 star, but leaving no stars is not an option.

My son had a speech and OT evaluation at Ezperanza but that is the not the reason I’m writing this review. They billed my insurance and me for a PT evaluation that we did not attend. I first asked for the notes of the visit. Kenneth Stebler was the therapist of note for a 12/16 evaluation that was not electronically signed until 2/26. My son’s name was also wrong in the report. I left four messages at the office over the period of several weeks and no one would return my call. Finally, I stopped by in person and the receptionist checked the sign in sheet. There was no record of my son being there on that date. Shortly after I left, Maria, the manager called me.

She looked into this and told me the charges would be dropped on June 12. I just received another bill with a statement date of June 29 with charges still occurring.

A report was fabricated, fraudulent charges were billed, and I cannot get a very simple resolution to a problem that should have never even occurred.

Since I cannot reply to the response, I will continue here: Director Waller, you were on the email on June 11 along with the manager. The only way I even got your email addresses was to stop by in person and ask for them. You never replied or acknowledged receipt. Billing the wrong kid and electronically signing completely inaccurate reports over 60 days later should not be dismissed. It is unfortunate that I had to go to a public platform but I most definitely gave you all multiple opportunities to address this issue. Perhaps the PT licensure board should be made aware of this incident.

We have been discharge due to no shows, how can we know when the appointments are if they don’t let me know the dates? I’m hoping I can talk to manager to clarify this situation .

My autistic grandson was taking speech therapy there.they would offer him a toy but wouldn't give it to him till he said the word .He would get so frustrated he would start to bite himself pure torture.

Therapists were friendly, office staff are not
