Insomnia Cookies

This was my first time visit 💗and i am in so love with their “brownie with ice cream 🍨 “ 😍and the double layer chocolate cookie is just perfect 🤩

My fav was the oatmeal chocolate chip and walnut cookies omg so good. Definitely happy my friend took me here.

Evening management here is so lovely; they're always very friendly and helpful when I come in. My only complaint is that occasionally I get weird-shaped half-cookies, but all of their cookies taste amazing!

They're very respectful about bagging vegan cookies separately (or boxing them separately, depending on how many you have), and their deluxe cookies are indeed deluxe-sized! (see the deluxe cookie pictured)

(P.S. the vegan birthday cake cookies are great even if you're not vegan! My personal favorite is the deluxe salted caramel.)

Aaron and another female clerk helped us to select a few hot melty cookies. The team at Insomnia were professional and friendly. Stop in on a Cold winter day and enjoy the tasty sweet treat. Remember to tip your clerk when they go above and beyond.

The cookies were warm and delicious on this cold day. The customer service was amazing. They got us in and out. It's definitely worth the drive there.

A quaint and inviting cookie shop!! Staff are pleasant and welcoming, the cookies are always warm and delicious! I stop by here whenever I can, one of my favorites :)

Admittedly a little expensive, but the fact that they're open as late as they are justifies the price, in my opinion. Where else would I go to get a warm cookie and some milk when I get off of work at 12:30 a.m.? Personally, I'd recommend the s'mores cookie, but be warned that it is quite sweet, especially without milk to wash it down. The lines can get a little long, but when it's one of two places open as late as it is in downtown, I'm not sure what else you'd expect. Still worth it.

Friendly staff that provided Amazing customer service while attending the fort. He was very polite and had sufficient knowledge of his products. The cookies were freshly baked and went well with the Ice cream. It was worth the wait.😊 YUMMMMM

This place is open late night and even drivers locally! I got a salted caramel deluxe cookie with 2 different delicious flavors of ice cream on top. 10/10 recommend! 👌

Great cookies and good milk

Stopped in to Insomnia Cookies on a college visit and am definitely glad we did. Got the ice cream sandwich (had to check out both) and it was delicious. The ice cream is fresh & creamy and the cookies were soft. It is a very sweet dessert, though - I would have been satisfied with eating half.

Overall, this is a great stop for a snack while strolling through downtown Amherst.

These cookies are absolutely fantastic! I also recommend anyone on a vegan diet come here, as they have wonderful options. Honestly, the vegan double chocolate chunk may be the best cookie I've had in my life!

This place is great! It's a fantasy land of all your wildest cookie dreams. Cozy hole-in-the-wall feeling, love the purple and white aesthetic, and they deal in cookies, milk, and ice cream, what's not to love!

Not to mention they're open super late AND they deliver! What kind of cookie place delivers?! The best kind, that's what!

We've made it a tradition to stop by Insomnia Cookies every time we take a trip to The Quarters out in Hadley, since we pass it on the way and it's a great way to finish off the evening!

I loved my visit to insomnia cookies. The chocolate chunk were my favorites!! And they just opened a new location in my hometown!!

Loved my first visit here. May seem a bit pricey, but when you're craving fresh warm cookies at 1 in the morning it's incredibly worth it. Staff is extremely friendly. Nice cozy place right in the center of Amherst that envelopes you in the smell of cookies right when you enter. Would definitely go again.

They didn't have the kind of cookie I ordered so I just picked a different one...any cookie is a good cookie but the manager popped his head out and gave us a couple "not normally for sale cookies" just for out inconvenience. It defiantly wasn't a inconvenience once free cookies were involved! Thank you IC!
