This is a really pleasant Cumberland farms.
The staff are helpful and friendly and the bathroom is really clean.
It is a little tricky getting out on route 9 side so be careful. Cars come up quickly.

Working in the same line of work before, I can tell you it is a good place. Employees are always kind and say hello. Customers seem to complain about the littlest things though. "Its always busy" or "why don't they have this" and they give a bad review/ rating... like yo, chill out. Go to walmart or don't live in Amherst during college season. I don't expect above and beyond accommodations from a convience store but everyone there does their job right and to the best of their ability. I've been there mulitple times and have witnessed it on many occasions. This Cumbies rocks.

Papa cumbies always comes in clutch when I have T~H~I~R~S~T at 3 A.M. also they have enormous chicken fry things that are bangin and only like 1.39+tax.

Best Cumbies in town. Clean, friendly service, okay gas prices.

Large store, good selection, cheap snacks, gas, coffee, etc. Clean public restrooms. Very polite staff. My only complaint is that the last time I stopped in, the only hot prepared foods available were hot dogs & pizza. I had asked for an order of empanadas to be made, which I have been told by Cumby's staff in the past only take about 3 mins to make, but due to being short staffed, couldn't receive what I had wanted to order from the menu of hot foods. The store wasn't very busy at the time & there were at least two individuals working, so I feel that they could've simply heated up an order, seeing as it's quick & effortless to throw these in the microwave, but hey they are losing money by refusing to serve customers what they'd like to purchase to eat. It's not as if I expected something made from scratch! I would not have minded if they had me wait while assisting other customers/preparing my order. It's called multitasking, which I'm sure they are familiar with, seeing as that location does get busy. Not a huge deal, but we would've preferred something other than pizza or hot dogs. We ended up getting lunch elsewhere.

The gas prices are fine and competitive with other gas stations, but I went a few weeks ago to put air in my tires and the automatic coin-op air machine was broken (i.e., the machine was deflating my already low tire more than inflating it, and it kept reading out error messages). When I got an employee out to help, he made me pay another $1.00 to see if the machine was "really broken", and when he tried to fill my tire, he claimed that the problem was my tire rather than the machine. However, another car pulled up next to mine shortly after the employee went back inside, and the drivers had the exact same problem with the machine. I went across the street to Sunoco and they filled my tire with air free of charge, without any problems at all. Cumberland, please fix your air machine (and believe your customers when they say there's a problem next time).

Decent station. Don’t usually get gas here but the to-go sandwiches are honestly not bad if you’re in a pinch. But everything is expensive as it’s Cumberland.

Typically the older variety Cumberland Farms! Fair service! Need updating! Bathrooms are ok

Coffee is not as good as it used to be. Tasted very old and strong.
