Honestly every time I have gone to this specific one, my food has been fresh. No complaints whatsoever. And that normally doesn't happen all the time when it comes to fast food places.

Usually really good and fast with mobile orders. However, sometimes when it’s really busy, doing drive-through is much faster. There was one time I waited 25 min on my order after the time it showed ready on McDonald App.

Super friendly and professional employees on night shift. They make food as fast a juiced up racehorse even when it's as busy as a one legged man in a a$$ kicking contest. You should really consider giving that one employee Avery a raise. He was making some gourmet looking food faster than ink takes to dry. I heard he singlehandedly saved an entire species of salt water dolphin from going extinct too. Get that man a promotion!!

We placed a large order for my work and were blown away by the service and quality! The order was ready as soon as I walked in and they even applied a discount! Everything was hot and our staff was very excited for the delicious breakfast. Appreciate it!

The food is hit or miss. Last night I got a Big Mac, and it was one of the best I've ever had. Last week I got a Big Mac, it was inedible. The bun was either stale or in a microwave for too long, hard as a rock on one side. It was after they closed by the time I got home with the food, so couldn't go back with it.

Went through drive-through waiting for order to be taken I was sitting there for 25 30 minutes waiting in the second drive-thru Lane and there were only taking orders from the first drive-through Lane then why have two lanes if you're only going to help one lane.

The food is really great! I really like that the McDonald's mobile app cam be used at purchase to earn points toward free food.
The order was ready promptly, and the cashier was very patient as there was some difficulty with the mobile app.
It was a very pleasant experience.

Great food and they had my holiday pies. For some reason Cleveland got skipped over this season. So I was glad to find it here and in Albany, NY too.

Ordered my food through drive thru and there was a mix up with my order and the car behind me. Got home and saw that I was missing something and went back and the staff made it right. No questions asked. You guys are awesome. Thanks. Have a good day.

Had a nice experience, I ordered past 2 A.M because wendy’s had a long line and then closed, but McDonalds had no lines and prepared my order within 5 minutes. Awesome!

Great crew at 11:30pm on the 30th!

Drive through is quite often swamped, food and drinks are good.

It is what it is. It's great when convenient. But pretty awful when busy. Not saying food is made wrong just you may be an item short for what you order. Beware holidays.
4/02/22 second time I ordered nuggets not busy and they forget the sauce especially when I asked for 2 kinds, The first time had a 20 piece no sauce

These guys are always hustling whenever I come here and they are really short staffed regularly. They do what they can with what they have and i can really appreciate it working in retail myself. I give a lot of respect to the team for both just walking out under the circumstances at times with the way they are treated. There's one gentleman there most nights who's high energy constantly and super apologetic for the circumstances which aren't even his fault. Hats off to him and the team for keeping their cool. Keep up the good work

Delicious as usual. They were out of Big Macs when I went but the quarter pounder is just as good if you're catching my drift.

As far as McD's go, this one's a winner. All the folks behind the counter are friendly and accommodating and I've never had a mistake on an order! Food comes out great as well (Fries nicely salted, everything is hot/fresh, even the cheap stuff) I work in an office down the street so I'm in the drive-thru often. Never a super long wait, longest I've experienced is maybe 6 minutes (and it was a multiple large order situation) I will definitely continue to visit!

Stopped back at this place with friends. We had our Service Dogs with us. They came over and instead of asking if they were Service Dogs they made the remark that they don't allow Dogs. After knowing they were Service Dogs they never apologized for being rude and when a Customer's kids were antagonizing the dogs, running up to them, pointing their finger at them causing them to bark and then laughing about it nothing was said about it to the adults with the children. The way they spoke to us and not doing anything gives me the impression this is not a place that respects people with Service Dogs and people with Service Dogs shouldn't stop here. I also didn't see the Employee's badge which I thought was a requirement for all Employees to be wearing an ID BADGE. I definitely would not recommend this place to my fellow disabled Veterans or fellow disabled Senior Citizens with Service Dogs. This happened on Sunday, July 21st. Their Employees need to be educated on how to approach people with Service Dogs.

Usually McDonald restaurants are overcrowded with bizzare atmosphere. It is a pleasant surprise to find it a cosy nice place. Ordering is also very easy and often they serve at the table. Only issue they should take up with the local authority is to arrange a zebra crossing for pedestrians. The junction is very risky to cross.

Storm is an amazing employee. He is respectful and great as his job. He always has a smile on his face and has a positive attitude which in turn makes me and everyone else have a positive experience. Definitely promote him!

The service is more prompt here than at other McDonald's, which is what puts it ahead. Otherwise, you've got to appreciate a clean restaurant with the digital ordering stations.
