Usually good! Friendly staff.
One time, my nitro drink was half cup for a grande ( just got from counter didn’t drink yet)

This is the best Starbucks I have been to in the area! I went here on a Friday morning before work and the store was not busy. The staff were very friendly, my order was ready quickly, and everything was delicious!

I really like this place <3 I come here often! Everyone at this Starbucks are always working really hard while trying to maintain a positive attitude. They are always constantly busy and to be able to maintain a positive attitude and working really hard makes these guys really special. These guys are given limited amount of space/equipment. If they had the space and extra equipment I promise you none of the people in these reviewers will complain about wait time/productivity level. The reality is that people are quick to judge and don't try to understand how things work. If I ever need to wait for something I know its not because they purposely want us to wait its that they really can't make it go any faster. Please treat all workers and everyone with respect. My heart goes out to these guys!

Very friendly staff and efficient system! Currently with the measures in place for Covid-19, they do mobile app pick up in store only from 11am to 3pm, after that it's drive-thru pick up and onsite orders to 6pm. I came around 4pm, line up not too bad with a dozen of cars. I was on my bike! They let me line up. Note: very kind and professional manager onsite! He calmly responded to a customer being unhappy about the pick up system. I was impressed! I cheer him up and went to the line up :)

What is there not to like about starbucks 😁. Nice people, awesome coffee, and positive vibes. It's a little piece of heaven on earth 😌.

There was no wait in the drive thru today, so that was really great to get the order very quickly. The food and coffee was very tasty and fresh. I think the pricing is really reasonable for the quantity and quality of the items on the menu.

Super friendly group of baristas. My drinks are always correct and prepared quickly. Plan ahead during rush hours, you'll need 3-7 minutes more than normal.

I just left the site and I never realized how busy the team here was until visiting in-store today. The blonde woman working at the espresso station was working extremely hard, never stopping once. I mean in reality I didn’t see one member of the team stopping at all. Customers just kept coming in and so many mobile orders as well. The drive through was packed all the way to tacobell. On top of that they’re being watched by impatient customers the whole time. This team works like super stars. They deserve all the praise in the world and to be tipped generously. I’m not sure if the average customer recognizes how intense it is to work here but I can see the pressure these folks are under, but they handle it well. I just wanted to let it be known! I was impressed. Those baristas are working hard.

It's a Starbucks. I don't have to tell you about what the food is like, you know what to expect. This establishment earns my 5 star review simply because they are open earlier than most coffee shops, getting you that caffeine fix when you need it most.

Your efficient caffeine fix for when you want that extra quality coffee. Pretty standard Starbucks though, but the team seems to have fun. Warm and entertaining atmosphere at the least if you're just waiting for your coffee.

The food and drinks were great, I accidentally left my backpack full of sensitive material at the location, and they held onto it for me until late at night, the staff here is very nice and friendly I would definitely recommend

I really like this Starbucks but the morning crew needs a little adjustment. Every time I make a mobile order it’s not always ready on time and I’m ordering 15 min ahead. By thy I mean as soon as it open. But when a certain crew is working I’ve been late for work and it’s happened 5 times. Is it worth it in the morning. Right now I’m thinking not. I know they try to make up for it but is a sorry gift card gonna make up for not having a job?

I love this place. They have come a long way into being officiant. The workers there will get to know you and make you feel very welcomed. Go there people.

Love this location! My experiences have been very consistent here. The staff is always pleasant, orders are accurate and the store inside and out is always clean and stocked. The drive threw often gets backed up but it's the only location in the Amherst/Hadley area with one so just be understanding and patient. You can order ahead in this location as well if you don't have the time to wait.

I love this service team! They are very friendly, energetic, and never fail to make my order perfect!

Love love love all the baristas here! The line can be long since the one in Amherst center closed but I do mobile anyway to skip the line. My drink is always correct and consistent, and when I feel like mixing it up it's always perfect!

Had time to sit and meet woth someone. Clearly the baristas get along well and seem to be in good spirits. Place is up to SBux par in cleanliness, accuracy and speed. I was not dissapointed.

This is the best Starbucks in the Pioneer Valley. Since Dan was let go the service picked up immensely. Alyssa and Ash brighten my day, Alyssa especially. She always is pleasant and prompt when preparing my beverages. It is the highlight of my morning :)

These workers,omg,they're the cutest people I've ever encountered. They're so sweet and they're funny,the one who practically sang to me at the drive thru was the funniest thing I've ever seen at a drive thru,and they make their drinks so good all the time,I prefer this one over the one at Target across the street. I always enjoy going through the drive thru here and I hope they all live great lives and have the bestest of days possible :)

Update 12/12:
The baristas at this store are super hard working and as fast as they can be with UMass being back 100% this semester. If you’re a local here in the area you’ll understand you’ll have to wait anywhere you go when schools in session; unfortunately there’s only this one Starbucks Drive Thru in the area still for over 35,000 college students. Other than that the baristas are super nice here and are a pleasure to talk to. Hopefully well see more Starbucks in the area soon but until then Hadley Starbucks is my go to place.

This store is always busy however that doesn’t stop the baristas from working hard. Every time I go in there the staff is so sweet and kind to everyone that walks in the door. It’s sad there aren’t more Starbucks around the area it would definitely take away from the busyness of the store and help it move faster but until that happens these baristas are doing fantastic for what they can handle with such a small store!!
