I LOVE shopping at Zanna!! The clothes and shoes are high quality as well as one of a kind. I like the fact no one will be wearing what I have on!! The BEST part of shopping at Zanna is the STAFF! They know be my name, greet you with a smile and I am treated like I am the only one in the store. They make you feel special and I love how they can find the clothes for you that you , not only look good in, but would not have selected them by yourself!! It is my all time FAVORITE store and I highly recommend it!! You won’t be disappointed!!!

This clothing store is fabulous!! I used to have a woman that worked with me all the time! Her name was Joy!!! Now she’s in Shelburn Falls where she started her own business! So Joy! I’m coming to see you!? As for Zannas ! I hope you have my size 18 blue nydjeans!!!

Zanna is by far my favorite place to shop. The clothing is not only beautiful and high quality, but the service is outstanding. Every time I have gone in, whether it was for a special occasion or just for fun, Amy and her staff have gone out of their way to get to know what types of things I was interested in, presenting me with exquisite choices. Although I would not have ordinarily gravitated toward what they offered (my selections can be rather conservative), I was always very pleasantly surprised to find that this clothing looked great on me. I have gotten numerous compliments on every outfit I have purchased there. This is clothing that continues to look good and make me feel good year after year. I will continue to go back to Zanna again and again.

I have been a regular customer since it opened. They always have a wonderful selection of unique clothing, jewelry and shoes. They are very helpful and are always pleasant. I just went in to find an outfit for a wedding and came out with several options!!

I love the selection and the whole shopping experience at Zanna. The staff is extraordinary, as helpful as you like, with great suggestions. Or, I can say I’m just browsing and no one will bother me. I can find a top for jeans, a dress for a wedding, or a pair of earrings that makes an outfit. The selection of merchandise is really unique. The store is a fixture in Amherst but serves the region. No place like it!

Every time I visit Zanna it's a lovely experience. Whether I'm window shopping or seeking something specific, I always receive top-notch service from the warm and wonderful staff. They are brilliant at figuring out how to help me find items that match my own personal style, and are adept at finding items that are flattering.

I have been shopping at Zanna since the beginning of their adventure in Amherst. They have always had great staff but I have to say the staff they have now are amazing. They are very helpful and make your shopping experience lots of fun. Thanks Joy, Cynthia and the rest of the staff for all your help.

Place for clothing and shoes. The staff is knowledgeable about the stock and is honest about how clothing fits and looks. They are friendly as well; this is why I am a long term customer.
