Friendly's

I loved dining at this Friendly's. Julia was our server, and she was super attentive and nice. Friendly's is nostalgic. I'm glad this location sill has the traditional decor and in great shape too. The food was fresh, I had a large chicken salad, and the sundae didn't disappoint. I would highly recommend a stop in!

Me and the family stopped by here to have some lunch before going to the mall and saw this place from street side it looked nice from the exterior so we all decided to give it a try.

They have outdoor seating available.

No dress code requirement.

Cash or credit accepted here.

Good for large groups or small groups.

As you enter you will be greeted by one of the waitresses and they will take you to your table. You will receive some menus and your drink order will be asked.

They were fairly busy during our visit plus we had 5 people total and all of our food still came out promptly.

Our food came out on these neat trays and the plating was nice.

At the end of our meals we then decided to try out one other their dessert's

It was the " strawberry shortcake with icecream" ....wow it was delicious 😋

Our server did such a great job we made sure to tip her 25 percent.

Food was EXCELLENT! Restaurant was very clean. Server was pleasant and efficient.

My friends and I from work often come here for our breakfast and lunches. Wonderful variety of choices always delicious and plentiful. Nice atmosphere, and the service. The waitresses are amazing especially Haylee. She’s lovely and attentive, and very caring and friendly 🤗🧡

I've been dying for the mini Mozz 🤤 so I was very excited to receive them in such a terrific fashion! I'd like to compliment the chef as the crispy, melty mini Mozz were the perfect texture! The monster mash my sidekick enjoyed, well the ice cream was the perfect blend of creamy, cold and dreamy deliciousness. Thank you for the wonderful experience with this incredible order, I appreciate it so much 10/10!

Food was very good. I got a Sunday banana split. It was delicious and the fribble coffee flavored was also very good.

My server Sarah was so kind and checked up on me multiple times. The rest of the staff was also helpful and friendly, I enjoyed my sundae!

Kaitlyn our server was fantastic, always here to answer questions and help with anything needed. No problems the few times I’ve been here. Always a smile on her face and never a dull moment with her jokes. Love it here!

Visited the Hadley location today. Came with 2 adults and 4 kids. It was chaos. But oh my goodness the staff was just so great! The food was good and quick. But literally, the staff was so kind, helpful and just so so lovely!

We came in 1 hour before closing, to get ice cream. We were a large party (12). Even though I’m sure the staff were tired after a long day, everyone was gracious and the service was terrific. In particular, our server Lijah Joyce, was patience and kindness itself. One of our group has celiac disease (unable to eat gluten), and she took the time to look up and even brought out the ingredients charts for what was safe for him to eat there. We are truly grateful to her.

Had a amazing dinner, food came out fast and my ice cream looked and tasted great.

Our waiter was amazing. So kind and respectful. The food was secondhand to this delightful experience. The waiter made the experience worthwhile. If you go to the Friendly’s in Hadley, ask for Michael. He will make your day.

Lilah was the only waitress and she managed to get everyone’s orders out in record time! She was friendly and cheerful!

Took the grandkids for ice cream and the kids loved choosing from the Friendly's menu! I took my kids to Friendly's when they were little and now the grandkids. Be sure to bring one dollar bills for the claw stuffed animal machine, kids love that! Summertime I always stop by for an ice cream cone! Lovely staff!

KAITLYN G IS INCREDIBLE!!! Friendly sis such a nostalgic spot for my friends and I and her positive energy made our whole night. Hunka chunka was delicious and grilled cheese was a 10/10

I love coming to this location, the people, the service, and atmosphere is great! Definitely recommend go if you have little ones or to stop by for a dinner/lunch. They have been great to us every time. Thank you!!

This is the only Friendly's worth going to. The waitstaff ESPECIALLY Barb are all fantastic. Barb is so attentive and quick! She is so friendly and makes bringing two kids out to lunch a good experience. We never have to wait long for drinks or food!!
