Road Warrior Moving & Storage

I seriously hate moving, but Road Warriors were awesome. I've hired several movers in the past and Josh and team were easily the best. They were professional, efficient, responsive when quoting and prepping, and finally just super nice people. On top of that, they were like spot on with their quote. We hired them to pack and load and the number of hours was spot on. I feel like every other time I've moved the quote was like half of what it turned out to be. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I can't imagine better movers than the crew at Road Warrior. They treated both ourselves and our furniture with care and utmost professionalism. Moving can be a very stressful experience but Josh, Jeff and their helpers remained good-humored despite the grueling work in 90 degree temps. They even advised on furniture placement, making sure we were happy before they finished each room. Frank, the owner, came by to make sure all was well and he is also a delightful person to deal with. I can't recommend this company more highly.

We had an excellent household furniture moving experience with Road Warrior. The team arrived on time, introduced themselves, looked over the job, and got to work. They were quick, clean, polite, quiet, and very capable. No scratches or dents to walls or furniture. Frank's estimate of the time required (sight unseen, based on my description) and final cost was accurate. I would hire them again.

Our family moved cross-country and had a U-Pack trailer we needed help unpacking and bringing up two flights of stairs. The crew from Road Warrior arrived a little ahead of schedule and worked hard until all of our furniture and boxes were unpacked from the U-Pack trailer. We had a couple of very heavy pieces of furniture and they did an excellent and careful job with those, as well as with all of our belongings. I cannot say enough positive things about them, the experience with reserving, and cost (which was very affordable). I definitely recommend Road Warrior and will be booking them again if we need to move in the future.

Road Warrior Moving has completed 2 moves for me within the past five months and I have been so happy with the service they provided on both occasions. Road Warrior moved me 20 miles from my apartment to a house, and i had 2 months storage for the most reasonable price around. They were professional, kind, and mindful of everything. HIGHLY recommend them! They even delivered packing supplies to my door!

They are the best moving company in the entire USA. I would recommend you search no further. They have moved me twice and will keep moving me in the future. They know their stuff up and down. You never have to tell them how to fit a piece of furniture in nor out. AND they never damage goods of any kind. Professional to a T and everyone speaks perfect English so never a need to cock your head sideways and ask 'um what did you say'?
I was at work as they moved me out. I came home and not 1 item was left. Even things I ran out of the time to pack they packed up for us. Believe me I have been in the antiques business my whole life and have moved more than the average Joe so I understand how difficult it can be finding a mover who can actually do the job right, who is honest and that you can really trust with your loved possessions and fit all into the truck(s) without damaging goods. They use blankets as needed on the good furniture and they are fully insured and bonded. Please you all NEVER go out of business. PLUS they have the most affordable rates on storage anywhere in the metro area. Keep up the terrific work - Go Warriors!!!!!

Movers did a great job, but when they accidently smashed my car, the boss (Frank) never called, didn't answer my messages, and didn't file the claim with insurance. It's now 5 days later and I'm the one doing all of the work to get a rental and resolve the claim - NOT HAPPY AND TOTALLY FRUSTRATED. Acidents happen, but what you do about them says tons about your character. It appears that "Frank" has none.

Road Warrior used an excessive amount of rock salt while moving our possessions, and then no effort (zero) to protect the wood floors of our house in Winchester. The resulting mess took more than four hours and four boxes of Swiffers to clean up, followed by a full day of cleaning by Surface Works. Movers should always put down paper or other wood floor protection materials, so this outcome was unacceptable. The owner then denied any responsibility or accountability and essentially hung up on me when I called. Very unfavorable experience - beware.
