Hilton Garden Inn Boston-Burlington

The hotel was under renovation but we got one of the new rooms and they are great. We had a couple of small issues but the staff resolved them quickly. And to top it off the breakfast was free during the renovation. They aren't completely done yet but will be soon so if you plan to go there within the next couple of months you may still see some work going on but it is all to make the building and guest experience better. We really enjoyed our time there and are sure you will too.

Spoke with Manager - corrective action was taken as well as assurance provided future visits would be free of such negative experiences - guest-centered approach to Hospitality - very professional

We were welcomed to stay again this weekend to give location another try - will update following our stay

Housekeeping, Maintenance, Buffet Staff, PM Front Desk all very nice, hardworking, accommodating professionals

Hotel is finishing up renovations - not too disruptive except pool being shut down in meantime

Location is kind of hidden but convenient to Rte 95 - being on side road is challenge in snow as side streets aren’t as well cleared in Burlington as main roads - being off main road has benefit of being quieter, less busy which is nice

Great hotel. Higher quality than a La Quinta or Holiday Inn, but still at an affordable rate. The whole place was recently renovated, so it’s all nice and new.

They told us some portions are under construction, but we haven’t been bothered by it or seen the construction yet.

Had a lesson in one of the conference room. Nice bar, and snack food options. Mall across the street and a couple of minutes from highway

I don’t know why this hotel has so many bad reviews as of lately. Yes, they are doing renovations. However, the room that I stayed in was incredibly clean and renovated. I normally have a lot of anxiety about staying in hotels due to cleanliness, but upon arrival, the lobby was clean, staff was super friendly, and the room was immaculate. Good location, near lots of restaurants and close enough to downtown Boston (25 ish minutes). Overall had a very pleasant experience and I don’t think this hotel deserves all the bad reviews!!

Location is peaceful and not over crowded. The staff is kind and accommodating. Unfortunate that the TV’s are locked, so you cannot hook up travel streaming devices.

Great location. Rooms are all being renovated, place is going to be awesome. The Mary Cummings park is a half mile down the road with some of the most beautiful walking paths.

In town for wedding. Nice room. Property was under construction. But perfect for what we needed.

Arrived late used the digital key got in the side and our room without ever stepping foot in the lobby. Room was clean, cool and the beds comfortable we slept great. We’ll be back again next time in area.

Tucked away 25 minutes from Boston the Hilton Garden Inn is an excellent place to stay. With friendly and courteous staff, free coffee in the lobby, it was a wonderful stay. All the spaces were clean and orderly in spite of renovations occuring.
Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay at nicely decorated hotel. Friendly staff. To go continental breakfast with juice, bagel, muffin, granola bar and yogurt. Pool closed but has a fitness room. Shopping and dining within a mile. Would definitely go back again.

I was there for a bridal shower. Staff was helpful when I walked in and pointed me in right direction. Room was a good size. The staff was friendly. We had a bunch buffet and the food was excellent with a good amount of choices. Mimosa station as well as coffee/tea station and other drinks. Overall very nice place for an event.

Reasonably quiet, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was a packaged bagel, muffin, granola bar, juice, and once I got yogurt. I think a fruit is available too. Would stay there again.

I was here Saturday night and the staff was just amazing to work with!! I was at the facility for a party/celebration and everyone I had interaction with made me feel like they were truly here for us. The food in the function hall was AMAZING!!! Green beans and Potato's were my favorite along with chicken & broccoli Alfredo, Roast & Turkey this felt like a home cooked meal with preparation of a 5 star chef. Thank you for making the night amazing & having such a beautiful location available for events like ours.

The staff here at Hilton Garden Inn in Burlington, MA is outstanding. We had an after midnight check-in, because our flight did not get into Logan until 1:45am. Got to the Hilton about 2:30am, and was greeted by a gentleman who was attentive when we came in and got us checked in quickly. I asked for a later check out, was was put at 1pm.
The next morning, I came down for the breakfast, and again everyone was super friendly and nice. The breakfast had a nice selection for a buffet. I asked for another extension from the front desk, because I needed some extra time for working, and they accomodated. Very appreciated, and check out was easy.
Typically I would give 4 stars for the out dated room and flat pillows, but the customer service was so good, that I felt 5 stars was appropriate. Well done.

Good gym, nice clean and big rooms. Personnel at hotel are extremely helpful. I was there during Thanksgiving most employees got the day off to spend with their families, but didn't get payed for it. Hopefully they will find a better place that can appreciate their hard work.

Very good hotel, Service was excellent. Very pleased with hotel room, bed very comfortable. All the rooms have a keurig coffee maker. Excellent idea. Wish I could have stayed longer. All the staff are wearing masks during the COVID times. They are very serious about COVID and have good safety measures regarding the rooms.

Spent a night here for my 7 year old's birthday and was thoroughly impressed. Great rooms. Warm and helpful staff. The restaurant was amazing. Our waitress for dinner went out of her way for the kids and made his night. Our waitress for breakfast was just as wonderful. And the food was excellent and reasonably priced. Definitely our go to when we next need a hotel in the Boston area.

Outstanding place to stay in Boston area. The General Manager & staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was as pleasant as possible. My family even extended our stay. They also have a shuttle to take guests anywhere within a 5 mile radius. Rooms clean & food was great. I plan on staying again when in the area.
