Love Organix! My stylist in Concord retired about a year ago so I made an appointment here on a whim as my office is in Bedford. So glad that I did. Everyone is super friendly. Kay is my go-to stylist. I recently had to go somewhere else for a cut (Organix was booked) and it was a disaster. Kay fixed me right up the first chance she was available. Highly recommend.

Since I moved into Bedford 4 years ago, I have been going to Organix spa. I always have a great experience - great customer service, great ambience and very friendly staff. I have worked with Laura mostly and Elizabeth once and they both have been amazing with their listening skills, knowledge of color and fabulous hair cuts. I will be a customer always.

Always an excellent manicure with Andrea. She is meticulous and creative. Funny and a pleasure to hang with during my manicure. Really cares about her clients.

I got a facial and hair cut. I never had a facial before the women was nice and told me what she was doing what she was using. It's good to do something for yourself. My hair cut came out good. I am thinking about coloring, if I do I will definitely come here.

Organic Spa & Salon was the only place that I went to for over 10 years while living in Bedford, MA. I could always rely on them to give me a perfect haircut, color and hilight. They are an Aveda Salon so the hair products that they use are of excellent quality. Their stylists are experienced and skilled and welcoming. I highly recommend this Hair Salon! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was so nervous to try laser hair removal... I’m kind of a baby when it comes to pain. The process was explained to me when I came in for the consultation, and again at the beginning of my first session. Carrie walked me through everything that was going to happen and what it would feel like. She took her time and used techniques she had learned for minimizing the pain. It was totally tolerable. I can’t wait to see the final outcome after I’ve gone through all of the sessions!

Always enjoy getting my nails done here. They come out so beautifully that complete strangers comment on them. And I enjoy chatting with Andrea or Lily while they’re doing the gel.

Facial with Lily was the best I'be had in decades! She is highly skilled, provided an awesome quality service and created a very nice relaxing atmosphere. Great experience altogether.

I love Elizabeth my hairdresser! She is very skilled and sweet. I enjoy every visit to the salon even when simply picking up products. I love it!

My regular visits to Organix are always excellent. I go for "Feet Treat" which I recommend to anyone. My feet love Andrea and so do I!

Immaculate place with high-quality polishes, great service, and prompt timing. They're the ONLY place around that uses sugar vs. wax. SO much better! I will only go here from now on.
