Hilton Boston/Woburn

Jodi was so kind and went out of the way to welcome us and help us celebrate a couple of special occasions in our party. She made sure our family was on the same floor, and the staff even helped us switch from a room which had some significant mechanical issues. The hotel is doing a great job keeping the lobby and restaurant areas in top notch shape, even though the rooms are due for remodeling. The location was fantastic and close to everything you could imagine. The crew at breakfast was five star! John, Bernice, Leslie, Katie and two wonderful gentlemen running the omelet station were the best and made us feel like we were in a high end restaurant, between the great service everyone provided and the well kept dining areas.

Great location, service was good, and fun hotel to spend some time with your family. Free parking right next to the hotel. Restaurant next to the lobby, can be with live music. Will definitely stay there again.

I having been staying at this hotel for a while now due to a client engagement in the area. The rooms are standard for a hilton, the bathrooms are a bit dated. I preferred the exterior non-balcony rooms as they tended to be a bit quieter.

The best part of the hotel was the lovely staff who went above and beyond to ensure I always had everything I needed. Laura at the front desk is amazing, and Dan/Oliver at Matadora were phenomenal!!!

Very classy and contemporary hotel with great views from the balcony over the great atrium. The pool was very warm and clean. The rooms were very roomy and the beds were very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was standard but served its purpose.

In closing this hotel is perfect for anyone looking to stay up on the north shore.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for the night just to get a quick getaway in November before the holidays. We had a balcony. It was perfect, quiet, relaxing. We ate breakfast at the buffet in the morning.

I liked the balcony overlooking the indoor pool area and cafe. Staff was nice and the layout was unique in the lobby/poo/cafe area. The restaurant looked amazing but unfortunately we didn't stay long enough to have a chance to eat there.

I didn't normally stay here but my regular hotel was out of power so they were able to squeeze me in for a night. I made this my regular place despite being about 20 minutes farther away. Very quiet, good bed, nice room. Stayed again multiple times, got upgraded often, restaurant is very good.

The Hilton Boston/Woburn has to be one of the nicest, friendliest and most architecturally inviting hotel we have stayed at in recent memory! The guest rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. We slept peacefully and woke up refreshed! The servers in the dining room offered us wonderful service. Leslie, who’s from Hawaii ( all the servers wear name tags that include their birthplace) explained all the options for our breakfast. On the weekends they only have the breakfast buffets but on weekdays they also have menu options. The hotel has a beautiful pool as well as a gym that’s open 24 hours. They also have a 24 hour store that sells ice cream, beer, toilet articles and other items that you might like to purchase!

Very nice hotel in Woburn right off the highway. Close to everything and like 15-20 minutes from Boston. The room was very nice and clean. The restaurant & bar area is very nice, a little expensive, but nice. Pool area looked nice. We didn't include breakfast with the cost of our room, it was $60 for two people, a little on the pricey side but it was delicious! Overall, great hotel with essentially everything you need on-site or close by.

The reason I'm giving this a five-star review is because of a guy named Ashley Dennis. He's the front office manager. And I watched him assist a plethora of guests and he always kept this amazingly solid and gracious attitude no matter what was thrown at him.

He gave each guest the same warm welcome and answered questions with great patience.

The hotel itself is unusual. I definitely recommend you try to stay over the pool side otherwise you'll be looking into the restaurant.

The bedroom was clean and neat. The bathroom needed some work. There were loose tiles on the floor and some cracking and stuff. Decidedly is slipping or tripping hazard.

It looks like the hotel has been updated and I would definitely stay there again.

Great experience every time I stay at the Hilton Boston/Woburn. Such a unique space, really an oasis with the huge atrium and atmosphere! The rooms are clean and the beds are always comfortable. The rooms are extremely quiet and well-insulated. Not sure where these other people are staying, I’ve never had any issues with cleanliness or staff. But then again I’m not a picky or bothersome guest!

The restaurant is top notch! Had a birthday dinner there and all of our friends were really impressed with the food. Simply delicious.

Pool is great for an indoor/outdoor feel in the atrium. Just wish they had a hot tub! Will certainly make another trip very soon.

I love the architecture. The bar/restaurant are nice, and so is the staff. Only thing I'd add, on the rooms facing the pool/restaurants, the music can be somewhat loud

A great place to stop on a road trip but way more than that. Beds are very comfortable and great bathrooms with awesome showers. Top gym and a pool for residents. Reception and check in was very slow with one person manning the 2 stations with a long line of guests waiting to check in. Didn’t help that that one person took mini breaks to chat and joke with colleagues but no one took up the second station to help.

The location is not so visible or there's no sign stating the hotel location. Unfortunately the Hilton is very hard to locate. The hotel is not equipped with a microwave except in the lobby.

The Hilton Boston/Woburn was great! We loved our room, the fitness center, the restaurant and the bar. We didn't get a chance to go to the pool, but the hotel is really, really nice. The customer service was great as well. We had no problems with parking at the hotel, either outside or in the garage. The location is great as well! It's close to 93 and 12 minutes from downtown Boston.

We were pleasantly surprised.

Tucked away on a side street, so use your GPS. Very cool interior with open spacing. Main lobby connects with the bar and restaurant and there's an indoor pool on the other side. If you like interesting architecture and interior design this place is worth a visit. Plus it was a lot cheaper than staying up on the North Shore. We could have driven back to NH instead of staying here, but I'm glad we did.

It was one of the best hotels I have been to and I never visited any hotels before in my life, it was the second hotel I've been to in Boston. When I entered that hotel I was amazed by how gorgeous it was and big; also the elevator didn't take that long to go to the floor I chose/wanted..it only took 1 minute and 3 seconds. You also can get lost in the hotel if it's your first time visiting, but if it's not your first time in it then you don't have to get worry about getting lost at all since you know your way around the hotel. But, most of all I enjoyed my visit and I hope soon in future I visit that hotel again for special occasions or celebrations with the people I know and love. Overall, the experience very nice and I would recommend this hotel to anyone either coming for a business trip or vacation. The pool looked lovely, although I did not have the opportunity to utilize.

This hotel is perfect in so many ways. We live just a few towns over and staying here makes it feel like hour in the city with its vibe. We will definitely be coming back here for an overnight get away or even the weekend. Our family will stay here when visiting just so we can enjoy the pool area!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night after a Gala and we left wishing we could have stayed longer! The property is structurally beautiful (unique elevator view), the room was spacious and quiet, and all staff we met were helpful and kind. We were even offered a meal credit for my boyfriends Hilton status and enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast before we left. I’ve worked in the Hospitality Industry for nearly ten years and this is the first hotel I’ve stayed at in a really long time that reminded me of why I chose this Industry. Thank you Hilton Boston/Woburn, we’ll be back!
