I went in today and had a wonderful experience at tech support. Darrel, the technician was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgable, kind and very helpful. He is an asset to the store.Many thanks Darrell.

Carole is an absolute gem. I mean it - a pure gem. She works in the printing area and she goes beyond just doing excellent at her job - she is distinctly empathetic and patient. It has been exceptionally stressful recently and I was trying to make personalized Save the Dates to fit within budget. She printed samples, helped give me ideas for better quality, and sat and discussed my future plans. She made me feel worth her time and energy and encouraged me. She said "the point of life is to help others" - and she did. This Staples has a great crew and a great selection of products. I will be back and encourage others to be kind to others and to yourself - just as Carole encourages. Made my day so much brighter!

Decent store, lots of great selections on many electronics….

Had a great experience when I came in with an issue with my laptop. Rob was awesome! He was obviously super knowledgeable about the issue and was able to solve the problem very quickly avoiding me having to send it out to a manufacturer. Five stars to Rob!!!!

I've worked in retail for over ten years and I appreciate excellent customer service. Each time I've gone into this Staples I've had a great experience. What sticks out to me the most is the character of the employees ive encountered. Connor, Michael, and Caleb have been genuine, helpful, thorough, and considerate.

Above and beyond customer service! When alerted that an order would not be ready because of an issue with the centralized printing facility, this local Staples rep, Eleanora, offered alternatives she could do in-house immediately. In the end, I had my poster on time and it looked great. Easy pick-up also.

I literally miss the people who work at this staples. I've told the manager they are a wonderful crew of people that I was grateful to have available to help me with my business needs at the store... and Staples is not cheap. But I always went back to this store because I knew they would help, they would be decent to me, often very friendly and always helpful and patient. From buying appliances to printing documents to finding supplies, literally every employee I ever encountered at this staples in all the time I did business in MA was always a PLEASURE to speak with. I miss you guys - the staples in my new neighborhood is awful. Manager: please pay these people well and do not abuse them. They are wonderful. Big Thanks to the team at this store <3

Very pleasant experience. Came in the past Friday and had no idea how to print out two documents from my email. The cashier and the customer service support was very nice and even printed out pages beautifully for me. I will come back!

The printing associate, Mike, was outstanding. I was getting programs printed for a funeral. I was struggling and Mike was so compassionate and helped me through the process. The programs were printed quickly and were perfect! Thank you Mike for making it so easy for me at such a hard time.

I am NOT technically proficient. I went to Staples (Woburn, MA) seeking help in getting some posters printed for an upcoming event. Both Jason Wooten (Supervisor) and Mikayla were EXTREMELY helpful in understanding what I was hoping get accomplished. The finished product was just what I was looking for. Very grateful for their knowledge and professional guidance.

I went in to buy a hanging file folder and a paper shredder. I wandered around for about 10 minutes before an associate asked if I needed any help. I let him know I was all set. I forgot what I went in for and wandered around some more. I remembered I made a list using Google keep. I got the stuff on my list. At checkout the associate asked if I needed a bag, but I made it there without one I can make it to my car without one. He sold me on the protection plan for the paper shredder. All in all great experience, I will be returning.

They let me try out every office chair and even though I left undecided they were still so kind and helpful to me. This is one of the nicest Staples I've ever been to and everyone who works here deserves a raise!

Really appreciate Carole at printing helping me out in a jam. I’m supposed to go to a conference tomorrow in Chicago and needed to print out three flyers on matte paper and she got me taken care of.

Staples has all sorts of things that one needs. They are doing a good job keeping most things in stock. The store is neat; and staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful despite the stress.

The manager Keith was outstanding, very helpful, professional and courteous. We were very happy with Staples today when we purchased a new printer. Definitely would recommend Staples in Woburn!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Staples yesterday. My father whom past two years ago served in the US Air Force in the 1950's plus. VFW magazine is running a story about my Dad and wanted pictures of him while he was in service. For obvious reasons, I am very protective of the 60 year old photographs of my dad in the service. VFW magazine would take a high resolution scanned copy and staples helped me do this. The care and the time Peter Harding, Production planner at Staples in Woburn, took with the worn photo album pages was truly appreciated. Peter also downloaded the scanned images to my camera memory card and all of this was done at no cost. I was shocked and so appreciative and upon leaving the store was in tears that my father years after his service to his country was still recognized. A heartfelt Thank you and I will always take my business to Staples in Woburn.

Great customer service....Donna was an amazing help last week for me ....and today Katie helped out my brother in a rush job for him....it's totally appreciated and money so well spent!
