As first time buyers we had a great experience, we let the sale's man (Dominic Lopez) know the price range we had, he helped us find the best fit mattress for us as well within our price range. He well educated us on how to take proper care of the mattress and gave us all of the information we needed on the purchase we were making and the warranty for the mattress also gave us details about whole purchase, over all it was a great experience.

Today me and my husband went to mattress firm to purchase a new mattress we were warmly welcomed by Julius. He was very helpful and kind made sure he became familiar with exactly what we were looking for. With this whole covid pandemic going on he went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable. I would highly recommend Julius to anyone looking for great service!! Thank you Julius for making this a great experience through this whole pandemic!! You are the definition of great customer service!

After 15 years with our Serta mattress, turning it over and over again, we decided to get a new mattress. We went with a King Tempur Adapt Medium after trying nearly every mattress in the store. We were helped by Dominic who was very knowledgable and super friendly. No pressure to buy, he wanted us to be happy with our purchase. Glad we didn't settle to a discount mattress like they have at Sam's or Costco. Would not hesitate to shop here again. Great experience.

Today I went to purchase a mattress at this location and was helped by a salesman named Julius Givens. This guy was very professional, loved the way he explained the different types of mattress. He also explained how it helps with my health, some things I didn't even know about..I thought I was just getting a mattress! Very smart, friendly and out going person! I would definitely buy again from him!

Today we purchased our mattress from Julius the manager. We were so pleased with his professionalism, ability to listen to what we needed and wanted without trying to upsell us and his willingness to work with our schedules. We definitely would recommend this store and Julius.

Great place I loved the way the staff treated me and my wife! A wonderful man named Martin rede helped us and he was great he asked us what we needed and found a mattress that catered to our every need and he was not pushy or following us around. He helped us pick out a great mattress and I have no issues or problems with it at all the only thing that I didn't like about my service was the delivery guys. They were rude and very rough with my box springs and mattress and were bumping into things and knocking stuff over and they didn't say sorry or anything and after it was all over i gave them water and offered a snack for the road and they didn't say thanks very rude but other than that great place and great products and I have my mattress within 2 days of buying it at the store. I look forward to purchasing more mattresses from them. Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved this place. The salesman worked very hard to get me and my wife a king size bed within our price range. For what I spent, we couldn't have even got a queen size at Denver Mattress.
