Cascade Lounge

Popped in here a few weeks ago for a quick drink after a long day on the road. Quirky little local dive bar with a friendly service, nice drinks, warm fire and a resident bar dog. Enjoyed a couple of drinks and was on our way again. Cheers

Such a fun little hidden gem of a bar! Fun games to do while drinking, plenty of lit up outdoor seating, great drink selection, and lots of parking. Would definitely come back!

They have a new local Poblano food truck with incredible flavors. The bartender was so welcoming, and reflects Asheville's original scene. Creative, authentic, and sustainability focused. We sat down to enjoy avocado sandwiches and over all a queer friendly vibe. Puppy friendly. It great for after the park lounging.

Sick little spot. Easy to walk to from the trail and close to the river. There is a lot of room to bring your dog out back. Good selection of draft beers as well!

Exudes the spirit of Asheville. Raw. Dive-y. Awesome joint to meet people and make new, wonderful weird friends. I love this place. Plus it has "Terror Tuesdays!"

As a fairly new Asheville local, I have found this place to one of THE neighborhood spots to go! You just get a friendly, local vibe here that is hard to explain and not like other bars in the area. The owner Jolene, is really on top of things and is always keeping it fresh with all sorts of offerings. Live music, karaoke, awesome drink specials. She even did 5 weeks of ping pong this past Fall. I would send anyone here who wants to meet locals living in Asheville. Doesn’t hurt that the delicious Homegrown West is right next door. Come in, have a reasonably priced drink(good margs) and make friends! Cheers to the Cascade Lounge!

The closest bar to Wilsons RV park. Visited twice, first bartender was fun and engaging which is why we came back, the second was opposite. Good crowd

I walked in and was immediately in love with the vibes. A great neighborhood feel with great patrons. Beer prices were great and everyone got along like old friends. Seems to be a touch on the haunted side. 99% positive I saw a ghost behind the bar.

We came in on a Friday day after seeing ween the night before last september. Can't remember the bartenders name but she was awesome, and I'll be back in the area soon and will be there. Can't remember her name though.

Such an awesome bar! Good dark, but clean vide. Our bartender Jacqueline was the icing on the cake. Like talking to an old friend, and the most perfect drinks to boot! Exactly how I would've made them for myself. Drink sorceresses.

Very fun spot. I appreciate them very much, the staff covered my drink behind the bar when I went to the restroom, and great atmosphere overall. I will return.

A little known fact about Cascade Lounge is that it's historically the most haunted bar in Asheville. There is so much history associated with the venue that dates back to the American Revolution. I can't imagine a trip to Asheville without a visit to Cascade.

This is a cool little Dives I love everything in this little compound that they have it's just really relaxing lots of space Outdoors. Good food.

Jervey was the absolute best bartender ever 10/10 would hire him for private events during his off time. great sense of humor and really made the experience all that much better.

Super chill dive bar just off the river. Friendly staff, cool backyard area. Highly recommend. Local secret spot.
