Gotta say, I felt very welcome coming to the store. Shae is a great example of what a store manager should be. Very personable, and even though I'm from out of state and visiting as a tourist he remembered me the next visit which says a lot about the attentiveness he gives his store. The place was clean and his staff was friendly. Thanks for the kindness.

I recently stopped by Ingles Market and was blown away by the exceptional service and quality of the deli. As soon as I walked up to the counter, I was greeted by the friendly and outgoing Sarah. She listened intently to my requests and promptly took care of my order. Her attention to detail and care in ensuring my order was exactly as I wanted it made me feel truly valued as a customer.

Not only was I impressed with Sarah's outstanding customer service, but the overall quality of the products at Ingles was remarkable. They had a wide variety of fresh options, and everything tasted delicious. I left feeling completely satisfied and grateful for the excellent experience.

I highly recommend Ingles Market and specifically the deli department, with Sarah leading the charge as an exceptional team member. Her positive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive and made for a fabulous shopping experience. This is definitely a five-star establishment, and I can't wait to visit again soon!

Cool place. Not from here so we don’t have these grocery stores. But it was enjoyable.

My husband forgot to get his $40 cash back an i just knew it was gone...2 days later on our way out of Asheville to come home to Belmont an there are actually nice people still left in the world...somebody turned it in an it was in the safe!!..

I like some of what ingles sells. The thing I like best is Showboat Pork and Beans. I like when they have hamburger on sell. I like when they have coffee on sell. The bread is too expensive. The cakes are way to high. Other than that I like Ingles

My young granddaughters, their dog and I walked up to Ingles to pick up a couple of things for a new recipe. The girls did not want to wait outside, and we couldn't take the dog inside. An employee (store manager, we think) was standing outside, and I shared with him the dilemma. He immediately and kindly offered to keep the dog safe outside, while the girls and I went into the store for a very brief time. I just wanted to say 'thank you' publicly and share the story and the good news that there are still kind and thoughtful people in our midst!

Nice local smaller ingles. It is older in an older part of town. Unlike some of the over the top bad reviews I've never had a bad experience there and I'm there 4 to 5 days a week for my job. As with most grocery stores I visit I have had a product ring up the incorrect price before. Ingles has large signs letting you know if a product rings up incorrectly they will let you have that (1) item for free, other chains just give me the difference. As far as management trying to curb stealing...thank you! It helps keep costs down. I've used the bathrooms and I wouldn't eat off the floor or anything but definitely wouldn't keep me from using them. I'm my extremely frequent visits I haven't seen any more expired food than I do at any other store. It's RARE for me.

5 stars because the store had everything I wanted. The store seemed out dated, slightly under kept, and most employees seemed depressed. Yes, I would stop there again or one of the other stores in their family of stores. Give them a try because it may have been this location.

Always friendly whether Ive been helped by a cashier 100 times or 1 time. Iris is awesome. She dances and sings and John is super friendly. Liam is pretty new so still reserved and shy.

I love the quaintness of this original size Ingles.Friendly staff n always helpful.Tommy in the Deli is always on point n has the best Fried Chicken n Meat loaf in town Ingles Management,please never change or close this historic store!!!

Clean and friendly staff. Wife variety of products to satisfy our needs as out of town shoppers. Had to borrow local shoppers store cards in order to get the discount. The store itself didn't have a store card we could borrow since we were from out of town.

Great supermarket, with wide variety of products and fair prices. Will come back again on my next Asheville visit.

I go to the Ingles on Haywood rd regularly and love the small non-supermarket feel to it but especially the wonderful staff! Iris is always so sweet and helpful and I look forward to seeing her when I shop! Thank you Iris for being such a positive spirit in this crazy time, your community really appreciates you.

I can get pretty much everything I need for all my meals here. The fresh food area has improved. The bakery has improved. They have a flower shop. They have a buffet. They have 4 different places by the bakery to get already cooked meals. They have a little ice cream shop. They have a Starbucks. Excellent👍👏😆

Good service just don't like having to avoid homeless beggars just to go shopping. Can't even get into the store without someone asking for money, or giving a sob story for pity. Please do something more to clean up your area around the store.

They try to get their produce from local farms, always seems very fresh. Everything grocery you would need, plus they will order items for you if you can't find it on the shelf. Also, empty apple boxes are free out front if you are moving.

The only grocery store I've ever known hands down the best place for the freshes products known to us ashvillions

MY MAN BRADLEY!!!! On the afternoon of July 26, 2020, my cars battery chose to give up on me while in the parking lot at Ingles on Haywood Rd. Just so happened I was parked next to one of Ingles Great Employees. With the temperature almost 100 degrees, he still gladly came out and jumped my car off. The world would be better off with more people like Bradley. Very kind guy!!!! Ingles should be proud to have such a great employee.

In my opinion one of the best grocery stores on our planet. Bob and his team have done awesome job. I remember his first store on hwy 25 guess I'm telling my age. Keep up the good work I guess his children are running the show.
