Omg the detail in the building and the look this place was the most fancy McDonald's I have ever been to, I loved the grand piano playing. I did not grab a bite to eat but to just stop and admire how fancy this place is!

This is so far the first McDonald's in America, which reminds me of McDonald's in Ukraine. very cozy, clean and beautiful. True, the piano played chaotic music, which irritated me and my musician husband a little. but I give this place 5 stars. because this is a good McDonald's, and they are not at a high level here in America.

The second-nicest McDonald's I've ever been to with the nicest being the McDonald's Imperial in Porto Portugal. This is the Biltmore McDonald's and it is the nicest in the USA.

The restrooms are standard McDonald's and of course the food is the same as you would get anywhere. So feel free to skip those things.

Built in 2000 it meets the design and architecture standards of the Biltmore Village Historic Resources Commission. Red oak tables, wrought iron railings and chandeliers below a pressed-tin ceiling. Yes, there's even a self-playing piano playing some light jazzy music.

I feel bad for the folks going through the drive-through that are missing all of this.

Nice fast drive-thru. They even got my order right. I only got the ice coffee. Lol

Amazing old timey and they have a wurlitzer self playing piano in the lobby, mind blown this was awesome.

Never had many issues here. Which is saying a lot for a fast food restaurant... there's one closer to me that's a little bit cheaper but if still drive further to go to this one and pay more. There faster, get my order right, and aren't unpleasant to deal with. Only thing else I could ask for is clean and they seem to be pretty clean.

To be honest I only came in to use the restroom but WOW this is the classiest McDonalds ever. I’ll be back to eat some McNuggets in my cocktail attire soon. And the bathrooms were immaculate too. Thank you!

Let me tell you something this place right hear I can't believe it was a McDonald's. It was so fun and the staff was so polite. The kids quite happy watching and enjoying the self playing piano.

I mean, it's a McDonald's so I'm not here to review the food. We wanted to go in cause this is supposed to be one of the (if not the most) fanciest McDonald's there is. The dining area was roped off because of covid but it was really nice. Did not feel like you were in a fast food restaurant. I bet it would have been awesome to eat a big Mac while serenaded by a pianist.

Piano music is easy to listen to without disturbing our conversation. The dining room was clean, and the staff was pleasant.

This is the fanciest McDonald's I have ever seen. I had to go inside once I saw it, couldn't do a drive thru. Self playing piano sets quite a mood.

The best McDonalds I have ever been in USA. It is the first time that McDonald's staff is extremely friendly, the place was clean, beautiful, they care about your pocket (thanks to the manager who offered us a promotion and we saved the half of the bill) Blessings! The piano was awesome!

Themed McD's that perfectly aligns with the rest of the block/s in Vanderbilt Village. Food was good, particularly the latte (surprisingly), although not as warm as I'd like. Love the aesthetics but my only complaint is that people were smoking on the patio, making it unbearable to enjoy. However, the interior is just as nice and clean :)

Place is beautiful! Food was perfect. And the manager was awesome! She even gave my doggies a treat. Thank you for your amazing hospitality!

The new ladie that makes the biscuits and she was working on the dinning room WAS THE SWEETEST LADY, SHE PLAYED AMD TALK TO these CHILDREN. I THINK HER NAME WAS TAMMY, THE WORLD NEEDS MORE LADIES LIKE HER. MCDONALD'S HAS A GREAT PERSON HERE. OH THE DINNING WAS SO VERY CLEAN, SHE EVEN TOOK TIME TO CLEAN ONE OF THE GIRLS SHOE, THE CHILD HAD GOTTEN SPILLED H. C. DRINK, she told me how much she liked her job, she is disabled and she works so she can help her brothers. This world needs more people like her

The indoor and outdoor atmosphere was very relaxing. The piano music and refreshed seating area was nice. This was by far one of the cleanest McDonald's I've encountered.

The only McDonalds I eat at. Clean , inside and out. FCC resh excellant, good hot food, and excellant service. All across from The Biltmore Castle, and in Biltmore Village. Very quiet , relaxing FAMILY restaurant. Easy access, handicapped parking, and they have a beautiful self playing piano, which I adore. Open 24 hours a day. Hope you love it as much as I do. Come and see us some time. Ya hear.
