Earth Fare

I always enjoy this grocery store. Splendid selections, fresh produce, magnificent meat section, and a quick healthy food bar. They also carry sushi and local specialty brands. This store is Ashevilles longest running health food store. Excellent abundant parking.

So many amazing, beautiful fresh veggies. There are all kinds of different stuff. You could spend hours in the store. There is such a variety of different foods. there's too much to even mention. It's just amazing. All the different things they have in the store and the salad bar was amazing. It's a little pricey, but if you can afford it, it's really nice, healthy fresh stuff.

The staff genuinely wants to help you find the products that best fit your needs- even when that means selling a less expensive item. I was so impressed when I was about to check out the one day and the cashier told me I shouldn’t buy an item. I bought it anyway. And he was sooooo right! Now I always go to him for recommendations. He really knows the store and truly cares that I have a good experience.
I have found this is true of most of the employees.
The ready-made pizzas are excellent, but not always available when you want them. The woman at the ready-made food counter is also really great.
Earth Fare is a gem!

What a great supermarket that I made use of when staying at a hotel located at the same location. So much selection and so many healthy items to choose from. Prices are a little on the high end, but otherwise really great store.

Earth Fare is the "O.G." health food store in Asheville. As an Asheville native, there is no way that I can be objective about this store. However, I can say that I have frequented this store for decades, along with the store in Boone. I can't even begin to shop at any of the other health food stores in the area.

This store is so good and the location is so convenient that Asheville never really needed another health food store...but we got them, anyway. The prices here are much better, in the long term, over their competitors and the literally have anything that you would hope to buy at such a store.

Their meats are fantastic. The local products that they carry are all solid. If you are new to the area, shop here a couple of times that then see what you are missing at Whole Foods or Greenlife (also, Whole Foods).

Hands down the best grocery store I ever went to. Great prices and great employees! Reward system is sweet! Also signing up for the rewards give you 10 dollars to use towards groceries 😀

Although a little more expensive than other outlets, Earth Fare with its great selection of produce and variety of healthy organic and vegan foods is just amazing! Love the bakery, coffee is good and the GingerSnap Smoothie is excellent. I found the staff to be very friendly and very patient with a newcomer like me. Excellent customer service. Earth Fare is highly recommended.

Best meat counter in town, Ross was so helpful, suggestions on how to cook it and what cuts to get. So helpful!

Clean and organized grocery that has plenty of healthy options that make you feel good about what you're eating. Some days of the week offer discounts for students / faculty and I believe military as well.

Have always loved it. Never thought i'd see the day where the organic prices were actually the same as or less than normal prices at Ingles grocery stores.

Kind of a high-end organic grocery store. Good vegetable selection and a friendly staff.

Clean with great food at the deli. Good health food store.

Incredible selection but rather expensive. I really liked the produce and meat departments. Nice to buy meat from a case. Bakery was just okay. The health and beauty department had such unique items! If I lived in the area, I definitely would do some shopping at this store.

Not a bad spot. It's got its very overpriced items. And it's definitely got some deals. Especially in the meat department. And as a Veteran, it's nice to get a discount. Anytime a multimillion dollar corporation wants to hook me up a lil bit, I'll take it.

Earthfare has the best pizza in Asheville. The pizza that is cooked there in the store is just phenomenal. The people that make the pizza are always super friendly and make the absolute best pizza in the city. There is no comparison. Thanks you so much pizza crew y’all are awesome!!!
