Sav-Mor Food & Dollar

My favorite grocery store in the area. The things that bring me to the store are the comprehensive Hispanic offerings as well as a great selection of meat. The butcher Eric here is very competent and really elevates this grocery store over other discount grocers in the area. Also the category/buying manager is very knowledgeable especially for Latin foods.

Save more or you will spend more. Lol always a quick spot to grab some quick grub

Lots of great deals. The best part is its old fashioned, you will have a nice young man or woman ring up your order. With the manager floating around the store watching over all departments you can find assistance for any question you may have. My favorite part is when you walk in the door all the sale items are the first thing you come to, so any item on your list that is available at a discounted price goes straight in the bugey and you know where you can afford to spend a little extra.

They have a great store, they have great prices, most the time, and good ppl that work there, but It's got.most things that you're looking for.

Extraordinarily thankful to work with local grocers for our nonprofit food giveaways in our community. Hands down the best service and prices. Is store has a great variety of foods and fresh vegetables . Some may give a negative review according to the dated building but I would say that service trumps esthetics any day.

There was one item I went for that they did not have right now, over ripe bananas🍌🍌? I buy them and freeze them for later use in smoothies and baking. Maybe next time?

This is the cheapest grocery store in the area. Great deals! Check your expiration dates & leave your backpack at the front.

I like it because of The Meat section.

Close to my work makes it easy for me to get in and get out. Store is always well stocked.
Cashiers do a great job

I love shopping at sav mor. I've been going there for years. However I can't understand why they allow homeless people to camp on their sidewalk and panhandle for money. Not only is it bad for bussiness its disrespectfull to customers. Did they start a homeless program im not aware of?

I am disabled, my shopping scooter died. The staff was great they brought a replacement an helped move my groceries over to new cart. A BIG THANK YOU

They have things cheap compared to stores in Hobbs, New Mexico. 2 bowls with lids
.88¢, spices for $1, underarm deodorant $1. . .WOW!!!

I love Sav-Mor! If you live in West Asheville its the best place to find things that are affordable with plenty of choices to chose from
