This store is great! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I’ve been craving authentic homemade Korean kimchi ever since I’ve been back from Korea and this is the only place around me that I go to. Store bought has nothing on this flavorful homemade goodness!

The owners and Daniel are so generous and kind. This is the only Asian market that I prefer to shop at. They sell the freshest foods and are so pleasant. My wife has supported this business for over fifteen years and I see why. Thank you Kim's for being such a fixture in the Asheville community for so many years.

Kim’s has many essentials, plus Korean and Japanese items that other Asian grocery stores in the area don’t stock. Pick up some homemade kimchi while you’re there too!

Small, but tailored selection. Pretty much everything you need for Korean cooking and then some. I saw plenty of southeast Asian ingredients as well and couldn't be happier. I moved to Asheville from the NJ/NYC region, so I've been looking for these things and couldn't be happier this place exists. Especially the kimchi.

Still my favorite Asian food market! They have everything I need without being overwhelmingly big. Mr. Kim always brings my big bag of rice out to the car for me and Mrs. Kim notices how big my son has gotten. Just can't replace that.

They are always so friendly and nice every time I’ve gone in. This store always has what I need.. 어목 has been hard for me to find, but I can always count on Kim’s to have the ingredients I need. Well worth the 35 minute drive.

This is the BEST oriental grocery store in the area. I’ve had the best customer service where each employee is very caring and helpful. I get all of my favorite food from here. Everything tastes extremely fresh, especially the kimchi. Literally tastes like it was straight from Korea!! Will continue going here, thank you Kim’s Oriental!!

I rarely write reviews but just felt like I had to for this one. I visited Kim’s oriental food and gift from out of town and tried their kimchi. Their kimchi is out of this world!! I seriously will come back here just for their kimchi alone. Everything else is also great and the customer service is top tier.
