When here for a quick shop. I needed a new speaker. Because I was going to the beach with some friends. Luckily, they were very helpful and able to point me in the right direction.

What made me love this store even more was the accommodation of me and my pup. They allowed her to come in, you know as long as she's potty trained and kept close by me. Not a problem
They made purchasing a TV a breeze.

Kee was super friendly and helpful with the printers. I appreciated her patience and detail on finding the right printer for me.

I feel like all the online shopping has hurt businesses and the value of customer service so I wanted to make sure I gave attention to the great employees at this store. Will definitely come back for any future tech needs.

The customer service was the best at the San Antonio store. Very helpful and went above and beyond my expectations. The store was sold out of Samsung Galaxy watch chargers, and the rep checked the other stores and gave me detailed directions to the nearest store.

I just walked in to look wanted to see the TV selection there and wasn’t really looking to buy. Although after talking to Arun and helping me explain the different types of TVs I felt confident with going ahead and purchasing one, finally after waiting a few years for a new smart TV. Arun really made the purchase simple, clearly explained the products and also I wanted to get it delivered and setup and he went thru that with me also and explained that as well. He did an excellent job of helping me make the right choice according to my concerns and price range. I can’t wait to get my new LG TV and enjoy watching it along with the new surround sound system! Arun and all the team there at Best Buy were all so friendly and helpful I really enjoyed the experience since I really don’t shop at Best Buy a whole lot it sure was worth the drive from the south part of San Antonio. I went in with my old Sony camera bought a couple years back which now has issues with the battery. Chris was by the door once I walked in, from then on he started helping to answer with so many questions I accumulated over. He went beyond expectations. I even asked him to help set a new future on my phone&my camera. He was superb!

We picked up a TCL TV which was advertised on line and we were lucky that the store had the last one
Best Buy could use more sales clerks in the TV section. We did have to wait unnecessarily for an available sales person
We saw quite a few clients that needed assistance.

This store has a fantastic assortment of cutting edge tech along with smart appliances. The staff is highly knowledgeable making my experience here a pleasant one.

Great service by the staff whom are all pretty knowledgeable about the products sold and courteous.

Geek squad did a great job.
They were able to get my iPad fix and working in less than an hour.

I’m fine with this store! I shop for something about once a month and they always have a solution suitable for my needs in stock and will accept returns too. Was looking at iPhones and the most knowledgeable person I’ve met was the in-store Apple rep Amanda. A wealth of information about a variety of Apple products I learned quite a bit in 6 or 7 minutes. This is a fine place to shop.

I went to do the trade in service. VERY pleased with how quick and easy the process was. The customer service lady was very helpful, nice and made sure my process was seamless and no stressing whatsoever. Very happy.

Need special 24 inch double oven. Sales staff very helpful. Found what we needed and had it installed within the promised 3 weeks.

I like this store location..The stuff is always very helpfull in no matter question you have ragarding the sale or anything else.
I am shopping at this location past few years and definitely very happy and planning to buy next time i would be there my new PC and maybee will replace my TV for the bigger one..Great Location,Nice stuff,very professional and helpful as mention previously!

Came in today since my laptop was having issues and the consultant agent Eromo Aligbe helped me alot. The guy was super nice and helpful.

We have made many purchases through the years at this local Best Buy. In many cases all team members have been very helpful in providing excellent customer service.

For larger purchases a representative was very helpful in finding us a refrigerator that met our needs and was available. And recently, we were assisted in purchasing and exchanging a TV that had some issues.

Overall, very positive experiences at the Legacy BB near 281/ 1604. CA

Staff is very helpful & one of the few stores that has plenty of Blue shirts on the floor! Damieon took care of me in a quick & efficient manner.

Overall, have never had a horrible experience. Some employees and managers are better than others, but still always a good experience. Was able to get a Dell monitor price matched. Be sure to check with their terms and lists of price matching retailers. They won’t help you out with that kind of stuff unless you bring it up or they are genuinely trying to be helpful. Depends on who’s helping you.
