Claudia was an absolute doll today answering all my many questions about collagen, peptides and whatnot. (I’m going to the Benjamin Button effect). Loved the BOGO deal… helped me get those items for much less that I was going to buy anyway…that’s a win win 😀

P.S. I find their selection worlds better than GNC.

Great Shop ... Excellent Selections ...

I love coming to this location in particular. They spend so much time and attention on each customer. There’s never a question that I ask that they can’t answer. They’re willing to cut through the red tape and show you exactly what you’re trying to find, even if it’s not exactly what you came in for! Reasonable prices, reasonable people, this place is awesome.

Thomas has stellar customer service. We had been searching stores last night, looking for a particular product and it was either places were out or closed early. Vitamin Shoppe on 1604 was our last stop. Granted, this location is really out of the way; so we called ahead. Thomas was knowledgeable of inventory and verified what we needed before we got on the road to drive out. Once we got there we were surprised on how well stocked the store was. So what was meant for one item turned into us getting ALOT more. $200+ later our wallets may be lighter but our supplies are full and we are more prepared than before. Thank you Thomas for being awesome. You'll do great with work ethics like that😌 Being a medical professional coming in also with holistic knowledge it was nice to not be racked over the coals and his suggestions lined up with centuries of proof. Truly, we thank you.

Talk to Sierra, she delivered excellent customer service to me. I am a college student so buying supplements tend to get pricey but she assisted me in weighing my options and getting the best deal. She will tell you only accurate information by science and skip the BS. Very informative, and customer focused

Great supplements and selection as always. Staff is always courteous and helpful but I think with the new CBD products, the management should really educated the staff on their products. They flat out said they didn't have a clue on how to answer my questions on broad or full spectrum options.

the store is conveniently located and has plenty of parking at. The workers there were very nice and their selection is pretty fast. The prices are very reasonable compared to GNC and I will definitely be coming back and shopping. Thanks

Customer service is excellent here, the guy working was running back and forth scanning boxes for me just to find a item they had but wasn't on the shelf, I cant say how much I really appreciated him trying to get me exactly what I was looking for, I am a customer for life

Ordered online the night before and it was ready by 9:05. Got there around 9:15 & pick up was very quick. The salesman was very courteous and polite.

Awesome experience. Went in with questions and was thoroughly guided through every step of the way. The employee was insightful and super helpful. Definitely my new go to spot for any vitamin needs.

Just this week I went to this store for the first time to check out a supplement I had seen in a magazine ad. The gentleman who assisted me was very helpful and informative, didn't try to upsell me, and took his time to explain everything in an easy to understand and non-condescending way. I will be back.

Store closed earlier today due to gas leak. The store Reps were nice and very polite during the evacuation. Fyi....TODAY THEY ARE CLOSED!!!
