Best Western Plus Hill Country Suites

Stayed for about 4 nights. Kevin was decorating for Christmas and it looked spectacular! He and the rest of the staff are AMAZING!!! No complaints. Thank you guys for an amazing stay!!

My mom booked us this room pretty last minute and the woman who attended us was the best. She was very attentive and accommodating. It was truly one of the best experiences we've had with hotel employees. I don't usually leave reviews but everything about this hotel was great!

For the price we paid I am very satisfied with best western plus. The other positive reviews are what motivated me to go ahead and book and I am really glad I did. The other good reviews are totally spot on and I highly recommend this hotel. The outside of the building does not do the inside justice. I was a little hesitant upon parking but when we walked inside it was like a whole other place. The inside looks brand new and the rooms are comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good and the coffee amenities great! It’s also pretty close to downtown via Uber or 20 minutes driving. Book your stay!

This hotel deserves more than only 4 stars on Google map.
I find it clean, spacious and was offered nice service.
With this price, this Best Western Plus surprises me with fresh
-grinding espresso machine and Truff Hot Sauce.
I really enjoyed my stay here.
Only one thing to complain, why do they only have small size pillows?

Not only are the rooms super nice and comfy (2 TV’s and a couch? Awesome) but the staff are incredible. We ended up getting a flat tire during our stay, and Barry at the front desk was kind enough to help us change it! They really go above and beyond here, I can’t recommend it enough. We’ve had 0 issues over our 3 day stay!

Staff was very friendly and helpful when we arrived from six flags and the heat. Greeted us with cold Gatorade and soda. Got up to room and it was like home away from home. 2 tv's to this room wow!!! Nice. Thanks so much for the enjoyable stay. We even got to enjoy pool area. Breakfast was amazing every morning. Great job.

Staff was amazing and very professional. There is a few maintenance/upkeep things that need addressed such as better AC, curtains, and the most recent elevator inspection inside the elevator but the overall stay has been better than expected. The jacuzzi in the room is a great addition. This will be our go to hotel every time we visit and will be recommending to other friends & family. The location is perfect as well!

Nice and clean and EXCELLENT service!!!! Surprised with breakfast. I think everything they can think of to serve for breakfast was there. I highly recommend this hotel.

I just wanted to give an small shout out to this location of Best Western. The staff is amazing Monica and Barry were always trying to solve our problems and make us happy. The cleaner’s wore patient and tried to meet our expectations. Price point is $$$ but you will receive an great breakfast included in price point.

Excellent service! the staff is absolutely amazing; from the manager to the front desk help, to the crew cleaning the rooms, as well as the employees making the breakfast. They stayed on their toes for all of us considering we completely had taken over the hotel and it was a full house. Very clean facility and always ready to help us when needed. We will be returning in the future to stay again, thank you for the great stay and accommodating all of us!

I’m in town visiting family and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The hotel is pretty quiet and near a few fast foods for some nice midnight snacks. The front desk was very willing to help and have nice attitudes. The housekeepers were also a plus, I was happy to have a nice clean room to come back to after a long day and a room that wasn’t costing me a whole weeks worth of pay to stay for a few nights. Breakfast is early in the morning and it’s free, which I was happy about considering the amount of food that you get. I will definitely stay here again when I come back for holiday time!!!

This hotel and its staff are outstanding. My family and I have never been so well treated. Erica at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. The hotel was very clean, breakfast was delicious and our room was very spacious and clean. I definitely recommend this hotel. We stayed over the weekend. Parking was tight due to several Trucks taking up more then one stall with trailers. However the girls at the front desk were very helpful in directing me where to park even under so much pressure from other impatient guest. Well done! management you should be very proud of your staff.

Had to stay the night in San Antonio due to a medical reason. We were without any personal belongings. The hotel accommodated us greatly. They helped saved cost of having to buy certain items. Room was very spacious. I have to say also the complimentary shampoos and soaps, etc were the best by far we have had to use. The staff were wonderful!!

This hotel has the most amazing staff! They truly went out of their way to make sure we had a good stay and were so friendly! Awesome layout to the hotel with ample parking. There are restaurants right next door and a Walmart just a few minutes away. Complimentary breakfast included a lot of choices and was delicious. The pool/hot tub was relaxing and there was some great patio couches with umbrellas we were able to enjoy by the pool. The rooms are HUGE and the beds are so comfortable. My standard two bed room came with a living room area, LOTS of sitting/sleeping choices and two TVs. Would definitely stay here again.

This location was absolutely great. Despite the construction going on around the hotel, they made the stay great. & with having a newborn, I appreciated greatly that the Front Desk Agent placed me on the 1st floor. The breakfast was great. The appearance was clean & very decorative. It was a pleasure staying in this hotel. I would do it again!

Staff was professional, helpful, and caring. Rooms were more than large enough for our needs and nicely set up. Beds were clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. Must try breakfast! Definitely a top choice if I'm back in the area.

Every time I stay here always feels like the first time. Always be greeted by front desk representatives Monica, Berry, Will. Of course the General Manager Kevin welcomes me every time. Always friendly staff and quiet. Still my number 1 spot

The rooms were clean. Close to restaurants and a Wal-Mart. Employees were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was hot and yummy. Lots of options.

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms were exceptionally clean and maintained. The breakfast was delicious and they were courteous enough to continue serving freshly made food even after the cutoff time. I stayed 2 very well rest nights and most definitely will be returning.
