The atmosphere is great! All of the games but one we’re working, so I count that as a win! The employees were a younger bunch so they tend to group up and talk a lot. That only time I had to wait and get someone’s attention was when we were trying to get prizes. Other than that, they were a nice group of kids.

The staff is very nice and welcoming. Only one person is allowed to be close to the video games due to social distancing. This Chucky cheese does not have any animatronics on stage. No stage at all. This place is small but all the games are fun and the prices are cute. If you don't have enough tickets they give you the option on buying the item instead. The pizza is delicious and the wait is not long. It's a little over priced but it's worth it and delicious.

Nice and fun environment for the little ones and family. I was very pleased how clean and up to date all the games and rides are. I'll be taking my family to this spot again. Thank you. The manager and assistant was very nice and professional.

Food was what u would think but super greasy. Wings were cold by the time we got them
Manager was very rude all staff was hiding in the back as much as they could.
But my baby had so much fun there. She's only 3 so that's why lol

Very clean, not congested at all, friendly staff and restrooms were stocked and sanitary. I was afraid to come bring the kids due to covid but I felt we were safe here. so glad we came. Chucky even made sure to pose for pics with us! Thanks!

Short on money this year to host my daughter's bday party but wanted to give her something to enjoy before starting kindergarten. Pricing was the most affordable compared to other places and I was a bit shell shocked with how much the place had changed since I've been many years ago, in a good way.

First, unlimited, time-based play is awesome! My daughter was already swiping her wristband before I even knew it was active. That alone put a big smile on my face.

The food was a bit overpriced, but when you consider the overall picture I understand that a place like this has to make its money somehow and by the end I was happy to pay for it.

Last, the hostess was very attentive and I wish I remembered her name, she and every other hostess I saw were doing great to help the mom's and dad's at the tables next to us! Very impressed with the level of service and I would not hesitate to go here for future events.

Slow day since it was snowing here in town, but the service was still super friendly and the food was hot and fresh. I love the idea of the wristband with 60 minutes of unlimited games, considering so few people were there my kids just ran wild playing whatever they wanted. They had a blast

This was such a great experience for our granddaughter's birthday party. Even though she was only 2, this was the best place to take her. Great customer service and phenomenal service. Thank you for making a 2 Year old dream come true!

This Chuck E Cheese was clean and all of the games were in working order.

The newer play card system allows you to pick minutes or tokens for play and a station to pause your card 1 time if you choose the minutes option so that kids have time to eat.

The salad bar was fresh, stocked and kept clean.

First time being at here, we were here for my nephew's first birthday party and everything was clean, and the girl that was helping us was super nice and friendly and full of spirit 💕 The party went super well, the food was great so thank y'all for making my nephew's 1st birthday special for him, we really appreciate it 🥳💕💖

They were doing there regrand opening e everything was great was somewhat pact but it is summer.. Here is there menu, games & other stuff..

It's good for kids under 10, and it's had some remodeling so I could loose my kid, but still find them a little faster now. It's fun, I love the passes instead of coins. Good food. Kids loved it, will come back until they are over it lol

Celebrated my granddaughter’s birthday on a Thursday night, and it wasn’t too packed. In fact, it was kind of empty (a slow night) just the way we like it because we have really young grandkids and they weren’t being trampled by big kids trying to get to any of the games.
Now my son (who’s daughter was the birthday girl) ordered the package deal! I highly recommend that! He got 2 actually with a pepperoni pizza and the other with cheese pizza, hot wings and cheese bread. I have to say, those pizzas were really good!!! Not New York pizza good, but really gooooood! The crust was garlicky delicious and dipped in ranch dressing…yum! The bone-in buffalo wings were tasty as well, with the really fresh celery was an added treat. I am impressed to say the least.
The staff was so nice and we were greeted with a smile and THAT to me is great customer service because you know that you are welcomed.
There seemed to be just one guy working in the kitchen and he was doing a bang up job moving fast and getting all the orders out in a timely manner.
I also need to mention how clean everything was! Tables clean, trash area clean, floors with no trash. It’s a well run place. And the games were all maintained and running. A huge plus!
And where we redeemed our winnings, the young lady was so sweet and patient with our grandkids taking their time in picking their prizes.
Will I come back?…… most definitely!!

Pizza was amazing and my grandson had a great time for his birthday party

Went for a birthday party and it was very fun for my 3 year old and us. Loved the unlimited play card and games are fun.

Great place for a child's birthday party. My niece celebrated her 4th birthday day here and had a blast. The staff was very helpful in making sure my niece enjoyed her day, all while ensuring that the party was a success and ran smoothly. Good job

I was very impressed by their entire staff and facility. From the moment we walked into the door, the staff was professional and polite. When we were ordering, they offered additional items as needed. The staff was continually cleaning and helping guests. Manager kept walking around checking on things as well. When it was time to collect our prizes, my kiddos were acting crazy. The young man was so patient even after l was rude (being short) to him (I was frustrated with my kids). Thank you for providing such a wonderful clean place and having a superb patient team.

My grandson had a party here just today and would like to commend each and every employee there!!! All attentive and courteous to the customers. It was a joy to see. The young ladies assisting in the party were fantastic! We were pleasantly surprised at how much they did. Pizza and salad was delicious too. Great great job!

Clean, friendly, and safety protocols related to children followed very well.
