Chambliss Plumbing Company

After 14 faithful years of service, our home's water heater finally began leaking and needed to be replaced. Chambliss Plumbing was able to come out the same day we called, they disconnected and hauled away the old, leaking water heater and quickly hooked up a brand new one for us. They did an excellent job, and their prices were reasonable. We have used them for many years with all of our plumbing issues, and we highly recommend them.

David was very nice and got our busted main water line back up and functioning within an hour. Very reasonable prices and great expertise. Highly recommend this business over any other plumbing company in San Antonio!

Chambliss is always on time, professional, polite, and addresses all concerns. Calvin and Buba came out today to replace a broken water heater. He’s repaired a broken hose bib, toilet, and water softener in the past. Always a pleasure. Highly recommend.

Chambliss Plumbing rocks! I had burst pipes to address due to freeze. They were on site the day after I called and quickly fixed the issue. Also suggested an improvement that I really like. Thorough cleanup, pictures of work and full explanation provided. Site looks better than it did before pipes burst. Chambliss is wonderful to work with, always reasonably priced.

Joey and Chambliss were terrific in replacing our 2 toilets and repairing a leaking shower. They responded to our needs quickly, efficiently, professionally, and reasonably. This was our first time with them, but it won’t be the last. It’s such a relief to finally have found a plumber we can count on and trust.

They did a great job, came on time, were efficient, and answered all of my questions. Calvin installed a new kitchen faucet, which we picked out and they brought. I had an issue with my refrigerator and Calvin took a look at it and immediately solved it, the ice was frozen together so not dropping. This is the second plumbing job with Chambliss and Calvin. I recommend them to everyone.

We have used Chambliss regularly for over six years. Their employees have all been extremely professional and willing to explain everything they are doing. The most recent leak we had, they were able to fix in a lot less time and for a lot less cost than we expected. That included them digging in two areas of the yard and both areas were returned to original condition. We have only had good experiences with Chambliss.

Great service, Deric and his assistant Joey were prompt and very professional. Work was done with ease on our guest bathroom sink. Added a new one hole faucet, looks amazing as per my wife. Will use Chambliss Plumbing next week for a new upgrade in the kitchen to install a new one hole faucet to match the guest bathroom. Very happy with the arrival time and the work completed. Fixed my faucet and reset the toilet put in new toilet fill valve. Re calked and cleaned up nicely.

I am a real estate investor and felt very strongly about leaving a review.

As an investor, I diligently research 3-5 contractors every time I have a new type of repair on a home. Essentially all the "highly-rated" plumbing companies in the SA area (except for Chambliss) have suspiciously stellar reviews. I also run an e-commerce company and know how reviews can be paid for. Google doesn't vet reviews, so most of them are fake. Yet, when you ask highly-rated companies about prices or any forecast, sales associates and on-site techs can't give you a straight answer. Despite their 10+ years of experience, no plumbing company can tell you what any job will cost, only that you need to pay 100s to 1000s of dollars to find out what a problem is, even if you know what the market rate is, which I do as a 10+ year investor. This is how I finally stumbled upon Chambliss.

Chambliss is exceptional. They talked me through the work and broke down the job with full transparency. The techs and sales associates were pleasant to speak to, and they didn't try to add spurious work or time. In fact, they advised me based on what was most practical not most profitable.

It's unfortunate that most plumbing companies in SA have gone the way of fake reviews, paying for inorganic page rank, and offloading their costs onto unsuspecting customers, at the same time charging exorbitant rates for simple plumbing work. This has consequenies in the long run, and I think many of these companies are looking to get bought out by larger companies, so they are manufacturing growth at the expense of quality and the customer. Chambliss does not do this. They seem to want to stay private and do great plumbing work, which is why they have a perfect review score on Google. They earned this with grit and exceptional work that honors the customer.

I felt strongly about writing this review because I too built a #1 ranking product and e-commerce company. I did it by staying true to the product and treating the customer with respect, and I hope that more customers change to use Chambliss for their plumbing needs. Keep doing great work, Chambliss!

Had a great experience! Steven and Austin provided amazing same day service to replace our hot water heater the same day. It was 2 days before Thanksgiving and we had family arriving later that evening. The fast and friendly service got us hot water within 5 hours of my initial call.

We have used Chambliss at our house in San Antonio and several times at our house in Bulverde. They have always been prompt (same day service), courteous and priced reasonably. Highly recommend Chambliss and will continue to use them in the future.

I had been planning to replace my electric water heater before the end of this year. Early Monday morning discovered the water heater leaking in my garage. I had already been checking on water heaters and installation. Checking independent review sources I found very positive feedback on Chambliss Plumbing. I called Chambliss Plumbing around 8:00 am. Setup an appointment to install at new water heater. Appointment was scheduled between 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. I recieved a call later asking if it was OK to arrive early. I do not remember the exact time they arrived but the installation was completed before 11:30 am. The crew was polite and professional. I prefer doing business with local companies. I am pleased with the response and installation by Chambliss Plumbing.

Had a water main leak. Chambliss (Joe) responded within 24 hours and the leak was repaired in about 90 minutes. The cost was very reasonable. Thank you.

Chambliss Plumbing came out and installed new faucets and a shower head that were long overdue. Our plumbing pipes leading up to the faucets were the originals and they lived up to the challenge on removing and replacing the water lines.
