Hyatt Place San Antonio-North/Stone Oak

We booked this for a last minute business trip on short notice, no time to research, just in the right area for us. Staff was incredibly helpful, room was great for business travel . Very clean, nice lobby. We ended up working all night and bumping our flight back a few hours. Manager gave us a late checkout without question and even made me a free americano from the bar. If I come back to San Antonio for business I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

The staff was always friendly & helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel! They have a great breakfast,too. Everyone goes way beyond to please!

Nice clean property with reasonably priced rooms. The indoor pool was well kept and they have a pretty decent gym that I did not get to use. On the weekend we visited the place was busy and only one elevator worked. Having been placed on the 6th floor my workout was walking 6 flights of steps a few times each day. Wasn’t a bother for me. It is a pet friendly place so that worked out for us as well. I would recommend this place anytime.

Fully apologize bc I can’t remember your name but you are so helpful, kind, friendly. You are running that hotel and deserve a promotion! Happy new year!

This is a diamond in the rough. Amazing and reasonable prices rooms. Salt water indoor pool well kept. Decent gym but you can go across the way to a real independent gym show your room key and you can use their facilities. Hot breakfast is one of the best I’ve had. I highly recommend this hotel is you visits San Antonio.

I stay here whenever I go to visit my family in San Antonio. The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast typical hotel but it is much better/fresher than other places I have stayed.

Room was exceptionally clean, shower was amazing, very accommodating and welcoming of me and my massive dog. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience staying here! Staff was always courteous and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Plus, it's pet-friendly and I appreciated being able to bring my pup along for the trip. The indoor pool was a very nice touch. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

My family and I enjoyed our stay! The bed was very comforting and relaxing. We didn’t even want to get out of bed 😝

The only con was that the shower pressure was weak. Otherwise, a great find.
Staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast is generous and delicious. I haven't got this much bang for my buck out of a hotel in a very long time. We would love to come back to stay here again next time we're in the area.

It was very clean, spacious and comfy. I like the bare floors because it's more sanitary. The breakfast was excellent with variety and healthy choices. Would stay here again!

Stayed here for a few days. Not sure why so many bad reviews over the breakfast, it was great every morning I was there. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly- every staff member you passed was sure to speak to you. Parking lot is off of a secluded road so I wouldn’t advise leaving valuables in your vehicle. Area just north of there is very nice with lots of restaurants.

Nice and clean. Well taken care of property, good staff! Breakfast left a bit to be desired...seriously you guys..upgrade your offerings. Did you know there is an Automatic Pancake maker? Really, there is! Do it right, do the Buffet style, like the other top flight Hotels. I would give it a 3 Star, but I'm feeling generous...besides, the staff was outstanding!

Can't go wrong on this place. Everything was all good, the front desk was very friendly, and breakfast was pretty good.

This hotel was very good. It was clean, quiet, has a friendly helpful staff, and spacious rooms. The location is good and you can walk over to Walmart if you need something. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The only problem I noticed when we were preparing to leave and making sure we didn’t leave anything behind is that they didn’t clean under the beds at all, and hadn’t for a while. There were lots of random shoes and crumbs with a thick layer of dust under the beds. I did feel the need to use Clorox wipes on surfaces before I felt good about my stay because the sink had some ick in it and the counters needed a cleaning, but everything else was excellent. Could’ve just been our room.

Absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable extended stay type of Hotel. Very clean and nice amenities. The daily breakfast was fantastic and their bar/coffee shop was affordable and opened late. The rooms were spacious and the bed and sheets were very comfortable. A nice living room area with a sofa bed and a small partition to divide them. The staff was friendly and attentive. No parking fees!!! I really enjoyed my 5 day stay here.

I was totally impressed with how clean it was. And how fresh it smelled in the room. For sure, I will be returning. I have family in this area which we visit constantly so we will be returning. By far deserving of a 5 star in every way!!

André and Cecilia were quite wonderfully accommodating to my best friend and me. She had a surgery and they saw us walking slowly across the lobby and offered a wheel chair promptly. They gave us complimentary water as well. Unfortunately I was too tired to ever make it to breakfast. The male housekeeper that I kept seeing on the 1st floor was always busy, everything smelled good when he was finished and he used wet floor signs responsibly. The room was clean. Great experience! Book them if you're having elective plastic surgery in the area and need somewhere to heal.

The rooms were very nice. Clean. The beds are a tad on the hard side. Elevator is sketchy at best!
