Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Jesse did an amazing job explaining to me the process in which he began with on my property.

Tree Roots, and undisolved wet wipes were in my lateral line. Technician fished out after running a jetline device into my 4” PVC sewer line. Also discovered the lateral PVC was cracked at the elbow, and so now the work to excavate down to the crack area and rid the roots. More to follow…. Meanwhile, thus far- the contractors who dug the trench were all professional, neat with my property, and fast paced digging. Just an amazing job.

I recently had a plumbing problem at my residence that needed immediate attention and called Roto-Rooter. They arrived within 2 hours -exactly as promised. I was extremely impressed by their promptness, professionalism and technical ability to quickly address my problem. Zach Saenz even called later that day to follow up and make sure everything was operating properly. Outstanding service!!!

We had a clog on the outside pipes. The issues occurred late on a Sunday night. We called Roto and they dispatch a Plumber, Jacob. Jacob was excellent and clearly explained everything. They were able to fix the issue within minutes. They also have a guy scheduled to check the pipes with a camera to inspect the outside pipes.

They were here within an hour after the call.
Ephrain was knowledgeable and got right to work. He took time to explain what the problem could be and the cost of each scenario.The issue was taken care of in less than 30 minutes. Very happy

Daniel Gutierrez is an amazing plumber. He did a fantastic job and his customer service is amazing. If I have any additional issues or need future assistance I will definitely call back and request for this plumber to come back out.

Great service from the initial call to paying the bill! The dispatcher was very calm and understanding of my emergency, and the plumber arrived within hours. He was very polite and explained everything, showing me the work he was doing along the way.

Sergio was the technician that worked extremely hard to resolve my plumbing issue. He was patient and diligent. Not only did he resolve my plumbing issue, he made sure that his work area was immaculate after he completed the job. I can not rave enough about his professionalism. Jose with roto-rooter was called to our house at 7 pm. He stayed and worked until after 9 pm to fix our problem. I will admit, the problem could have probably been fixed the next day at a more reasonable hour but to me it was causing incredible stress (plumbing causing my washing machine to flood our utility room when used). Jose treated this whole process with such care and he is incredibly personable! He fixed the problem and our house is back in order. Seriously, great service, commitment and both my husband and I can wash our family’s clothes in peace! Thanks Jose and RR!

jacob was awesome! He came in the house and knew exactly what to do with my toilets! They would not flush and the piping was clogged. We also had issues with leakage from under the toilet. He took the toilets off and replaced wax rings, unclogged the pipes and flushed it out for several minutes on each toilet and made sure that they both worked! After this experience, I would definitely call him back to service my home! And this company was very reasonable since they also came out on a weekend! It saved me several hundred dollars! Jacob was also very willing to explain what he was going to do and how he was going to do it! Not all of us are plumbers and no correct lingo! Lol! He was polite and did it right! Thank you thank you thank you! You saved us a lot of stress and money! 🤗

My technicians, first Sergio’s for my drain and then Jesse for my toilet, both did a fabulous job- professional, respectful of property, and thorough. They called with an accurate arrival time and were true to the scheduled window I was assigned. Jesse went above and beyond with a new toilet installation and accommodated my busy schedule for the appointment time.

We are a commercial company. Roto Rooter came to are property very fast to help us out. Michael was the plumber who came out. Excellent costumer service by him. Kept me informed with the entire repair. Will definitely have them out again when needed.

I had two separate incidents where poor workmanship (non-plumbing in nature) previously done in my house lead to water damage. Roto-Rooter’s response time to an initial abatement job was extremely timely, even more impressive given imminent freezing conditions. The second visit fixed a more-persist issue that could have been catastrophic if gone unchecked after some wall space was scheduled to be closed up. That was completed in less than a few hours after my call for service. I would recommend this crew to anyone needing expedited service, and will not hesitate to use them again, should the need arise.

SERJIU Was the most pleasant person. I enjoyed having him as my problem solver. He explained everything to me.He took extra steps to make sure our drain was running as well as it possibly could. Would highly recommend him.

The technician, Zach and his assistant texted us ahead of time and let us know they were on the way. They arrived on time assess the situation gave us a quotation and got our permission before starting the work. Although a little bit, pricey, they did their work in a neat and professional manner, And we were glad to pay them for their service.

I had a pretty serious sewer backup that needed to be snaked out asap. So, reluctantly, I choose Roto-Rooter because they were the only one's who could come out last minute on a Saturday evening. I have to say they were prompt, knowledgeable, and worked really hard on it for a few hours. I was told upfront what the cost would be and didn't have to pay any more than that. Of course, they found some major issues that need to be repaired in the main sewer line for an outrageous amount of money but I didn't feel pressured to make a decision on the spot. Despite all the bad reviews, I did not have a bad experience and don't feel ripped off.

The time between calling to make an appointment and having my problem fixed was less than a day. Jacob was prompt, respectful, and professional. I could not be happier. Customer for life.

By far the best experience for my drain issues. Let me start off by stating that last year in 2023 I experienced a horrible plumbing issue and wish that I had called roto rooter then. Flash forward to Jan 2024 and I have a backed-up drain, feeling lost, a friend suggested Jacob and roto rooter to me (she recently had a plumbing emergency and was blown away by his professionalism and knowledge). I called to make an appointment and Jacob was able to fit me in, accommodating my schedule. Was fast in addressing the issues and I will be calling again for my future needs (I shed too much and will have future needs).

The plumber that came out was prompt, polite, and showed me old parts and explained what he had to replace. He went to get parts and returned quickly and CLEANED UP HIS MESS B4 HE LEFT!! My toilet working great!! Great job John!!!
