GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I walked into this store with the typical attitude of not wanting to be hassled by a representative looking to make a sale, but today I was just blown away by JOSH! He was knowledgeable, so friendly, and spoke with confidence about the products I was interested in and guided me towards options that were better suited for me and my goals. Before I knew it, my lunch hour was over and I'm walking out with 3 new products AND a nutrition/meal breakdown!! I was only wanting to browse and get some ideas. This may sound silly, but I went in feeling desperate and sad and I left feeling so excited and confident in my product choices! Josh went way ABOVE AND BEYOND to provide great customer service to me. BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD IN A GNC HANDS DOWN. Thank you!!

I was welcomed at the door and the staff was very active. I got samples of different pre-workouts and proteins. Mike helped me find the best stack for my goals, he also gave me some pointers for me to try. The best part is that the store is able to discount certain products and beat competitor prices. I have already recommended my trainer and friends to visit this location.

I never leave a review but I feel compelled to this time. I'v only been to the GNC North Woods location a handful of times but each time I received great service and even better advice. The only person I ever see working the counter is a polite young man named Issac, and based off his advice and GNC's products I've lost 13 pounds in three weeks. So thanks and give that man a raise asap because he's gotten GNC a customer for life.

Great store with a knowledgeable staff. Arrived looking for Protein powder to help get back into shape. The manager spent plenty of time with me and answered all my questions. I will definitely be back.
