The pharmacist here is amazing! I believe his name is Ben. He has went out of his way twice now to help me. Every other pharmacist I’ve come across has seemed rude, cold, or just uninterested in helping. Ben was the absolute best!

I recently had a great experience at my local CVS store. Despite the current road repairs in the vicinity, the store managed to maintain its high standards of service. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making my visit a pleasant one.

Even though the access to the store was slightly impacted due to the ongoing street repairs, the CVS team ensured that the inconvenience was minimized. They had clear signage directing customers to alternate routes and parking options. The store's interior was well-organized and stocked as usual, making it easy to find everything I needed.

What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service. The staff members were knowledgeable and ready to assist, ensuring that I found the products I was looking for without any hassle. Despite the external challenges, they maintained their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.

I also appreciate that the store had implemented safety measures, which is especially important given the ongoing circumstances. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were well-maintained, contributing to a safe and comfortable shopping environment.

In conclusion, despite the temporary access challenges due to nearby road repairs, my experience at CVS was nothing short of excellent. The store's commitment to maintaining its high standards, along with the exceptional customer service, made my visit smooth and enjoyable. I look forward to returning once the road repairs are completed, knowing that I can count on CVS for a consistently great shopping experience.

I understand why people give this pharmacy a negative review because I’ve been present when angry customers come in and start yelling at the team but it’s not fair to blame the pharmacy for what insurance or the FDA regulates. I too deal with MAJOR issues with insurance and certain medications but the pharmacy has NO control of this and I’ve witnessed firsthand how much Anita and Sam, the 2 full-time pharmacists there care about my situation and they show empathy, love and support.
I can’t thank their team enough for always trying their best. I am grateful to have them instead of some of the other places I’ve been but since I’ve worked with them, over 6+ years now, I don’t go anywhere else.
People, understand that especially where this store is located, we have had a 1000% increase of homes and the population has grown immensely. Hence, the “out of stock” issues, delays, amongst other things. My point is, unless the person behind the counter is rude and not helpful, I don’t see why people leave a negative review. Just because you didn’t get the narcotics you wanted that the Sate or government put a restriction on?

Well, the pharmacy has no control over this. I post this because we are a local business and we get frustrated when people leave us a bad review just because they are in their “feelings”. Some people take it personally and after being a patient for over 6+ years, I know this team personally now and they do the best they can with what they have!

I hope as you read all the reviews, you understand that some of these are subjective and most likely the only reason they left a negative review is because their pride got in the way.

Trust me, when a negative review is deserved, I am the first one to leave it but some of these I read and I think of the lady last night that was on the phone with her friend, yelling at the pharmacist, cursing and looking like a fool.

I call it like I see it! Anita, Sam and team are AMAZING! Thank you for all your hard work!

I recently had a wonderful experience at this CVS location, and I would like to commend one of their employees for their outstanding service. We wanted photos for our newborn and the employee Mahdi, went above and beyond to ensure that we had a positive shopping experience.

I love the pharmacist at this cvs. They are very caring. They told me about a cheaper drug and my doctor was okay with ordering since I was paying cash. I expect long lines in a busy pharmacy

This CVS location is great for picking up and dropping off medication. Their new team of pharmacy techs and pharmacists are amazing! They got my prescription ready quickly and I got great information from the pharmacist. I’m unsure why this location has low ratings but this is one of the best CVS locations I’ve been too!

The pharmacy is always busy, if you call you might find yourself on hold for 45-60 minutes. However if you walk in, the Pharmacy techs and pharmacist are great to work with. They are trying their best to keep up and provide excellent service.

I usually go to the crossroads location. It turns out that my doctor sent it to the wrong location 45 minutes away, without 380 traffic. I went like usual ready to pick up and although I did not grab her name she was AWFUL. I called this location and JR helped me right away. He was funny and compassionate with my situation. He went the extra mile when my regular location would not, I am so appreciative!

This is absolutely the BEST CVS branch I ever been in. It is clean and tidy, but the best thing about it is the staff. The staff is AMAZING 🤩, service oriented, friendly and attentive to the customers.
If you are looking for a CVS in the area, so this branch is highly recommended!

Been here plenty of times, I appreciate how well they're stocked and the customer service has always been great! The actual store is so accessable and convenient to get to. Plenty of space for parking and the store is so we'll organized.

I love our new CVS! The pharmacy staff is great, Victoria is definitely the nicest pharmacist I've ever had!
