I was shopping late tonight and couldn’t shake this gut feeling that a man was following me in the store. I asked your employee Jamison if he would walk with me to my car as I didn’t feel safe and he dropped everything and walked me out to my car. The work needs more people like him. Thank you!

This location has turned around for the better! Everything is so nice and clean. well organized and stocked. Jiji helped me today at the register and was so helpful and kind. She created me and made sure I was well taken care of. Thanks!

I got lost in the store it so big. This store has anything you need looks like a
Target or Walmart. Wow is all I can say and can't wait to go back to really browse to check all that it has to offer.

Shout out to Levi for going above and beyond his duties on August 16th.
Levi, who worked the bread isle that day, caught sight of me struggling to hold the 900 items I had tucked in every crease of my arms, dropped everything he was doing and insisted on finding a cart for me. I’ve been shopping at this location since opening day with a history of going in for one item, yet ending up struggling with an arm full of many, associates every time, an associate would make eye contact and just keep on stocking or stroll on by. So, I didn’t expect anything from Levi, but boy was I wrong! I even told him I was fine at first (I lied) but good thing he didn’t buy it! What a wonderful, thoughtful, hardworking, and caring young man! Thank you Levi for making my trip extra special today that day. God bless!

One of the better Kroger stores in the area. They must have an excellent inventory management system because they always have what I'm looking for. (Other Kroger stores in the area are almost always sold out on at least one item, often more, and I'm talking staples, nothing unusual). For me, this is a great upper middle tier grocery store.

This place is AWESOME! I am happy for Windsong Ranch and Hollyhock residents. You are blessed to have this grocery store so close here in PROSPER, TX. I was craving sushi, and I also got the fanciest cupcake (a Kroger thing) to go with it. I dined in and watched TV on the flat screen and was also able to hear the sound. Kroger, I love you. As the soul prospers so will you!

The bakery department at this Kroger is absolutely fantastic. I've gotten cakes for birthdays and parties from them for the last 5 years and every time they exceed my expectations. They are always very detailed and they taste great as well.

Savior for my midnight cravings! Everything I need is in stock at all times and open until 1 AM. All I can ask for.

Angel Cuellar review is a straight up lie. I was behind him in line. He was being extremely rude to the customer service agent. He was trying to do a bill pay without filling out the required form. He kept demanding they do it, but clearly the customer service agents have been trained in a specific way to require the form to be filled out. The customer service guy was professional and calm. Even after leaving. Angel came back trying to get a cashier to do it without the form. He also threatened to call the police. All his review is, is the whiny customer who didn’t get his way. My advice to Angel. Stop being a princess and fill out the paperwork. The only reason I can think you didn’t want to do this was because you are here illegally.

I just have to give a shout out to the man putting the carts away today, I believe his name is Canan. He really made my day by literally putting all my groceries in the trunk for me just out of the kindness of his heart. He was very friendly and a hard worker. It’s people like him that remind you there’s still good people out there.

The team at this Kroger is very professional and courteous. On New Year's Eve, I had a HUGE Instacart order and wanted to give a special thank you to Wytika and Jiji. What a duo. These two ladies know the meaning of teamwork and hard work. No complaints just action. Thank you so much

This visit was pretty nice. They were completely stocked on aisles. Especially for the Thanksgiving holiday. Pharmacy employees are very friendly and informative. Great experience with them.

I do not like going to this store in person. It's a 3 day hike to get from produce to dairy. The layout is inefficient. Where the heck do they stock the roux??? The employees are helpful and polite, but the clientele at this location are abrasive, rude and always blocking the aisle (not Kroger's fault, obviously). Major turn off.

I've just had my 4th delivery since late January. There is a $10 fee, but well worth it. Produce has always been carefully selected, never a single mushy grape. I'm always informed of what substitutions are made and the shopper often will text if they want to consult with me. One shopper even texted regarding a cost saving suggested change.

Since my husband and I are self quarantining, Kroger pickup is a wonderful blessing! Each team member is courteous and helpful. Sure, occasionally we have substitutes to a few items, this has not been a problem. The produce is fresh, dairy items with great sell by dates, and always delivered promptly to the waiting area. Phones calls or texts in plenty of time if a delay is necessary. How nice to know Kroger will provide our groceries with a smile (behind those masks) to us in the convenient waiting area.

I haven't been to a Kroger in a long time. We had some when I was a kid in illinois. This Kroger blows that one out of the water! Do you need some yoga pants check would you like a chocolate cake care to get some school supplies check this place pretty much has it all! Great experience and super friendly workers!

Absolutely love this pharmacy!! Ms. Abbey is the best. She greeted me with such kindness & professionalism. Every time i’m there she greets me & even asks about my kids. Also thank you to Maribeth for giving me all my Covid vaccines and checking on me.

I love this location! Very helpful, and honest people here. This location is particularly great for busy, forgetful moms. Last month, I left my iPhone 6 in a cart. A very kind and honest customer turned it in to a very kind and honest employee who kept it safe until I returned to pick it up. This month, I forgot to grab one of my grocery bags. I returned to the store the very next day. My groceries were there, in its bag, waiting on me. The Kroger employees here are wonderful and quite honest. We are so glad, Kroger, to have you here!
