Country Creek Animal Hospital

We love Country Creek! They are kind and patient with our baby who can be difficult with getting procedures done. He actually gets excited when we pull up to the building! They always make sure to explain all of our treatment options and ask us what we feel the most comfortable with. They also have a great lodging and daycare service that we use regularly.

Dr. Paige Wenaas and the entire Country Creek Animal Clinical are the most wonderful team! They have cared for our dog, Tucker, and showed us how compassionate they are. Most recently, Dr. Wenaas helped our daughter by giving her guidance with her Golden Retriever when he was hurt, even though she lives in another state. Her kindness and compassion are endless! We are so grateful for her and the entire staff!!

Firstly, going to the vet with my dog has always been incredibly stressful for both myself and my pup. She can be reactive when she is stressed but Dr. Westra made this experience incredibly easy. He is amazing at explaining to us all of our options for her care. It is apparent he has a deep compassion for his patients that come in. We have faced a lot of prejudice because my dog is a pit and can be loud when she is scared. He took time to really understand her and he made sure she was comfortable from beginning to end of the appointment. She didn’t even bark once today and finished off her appointment with a hug from him and the other employees. Could not recommend this place and Dr Westra enough.

Can not say enough great things about Country Creek Vets! Amazing care, amazing staff, and everyone sincerely cares about our pets. We do vet checks, bathing, and boarding here. Highly recommend!!!

We got a puppy recently and this place was highly recommended , I loved it.
Didn’t bring my kiddos the first time because wasn’t sure if I could and what would they do while we were waiting etc.

Waiting time was not much, they send you to this very clean room where the nurse and the the vet meet you .

They do have a kids corner and they offer you a drink .

Not what I was expecting from a Vet’s visit.
Exceeded my expectations . Glad we found a place to call our home for our furry baby .

Dr. Westra is an absolute angel! I have a pitty that can be reactive due to bad past experiences.Going to the vet before finding country creek has been a stressful experience for her and us, but Dr. Westra made the experience more smooth than we could ever hope for. He took time to really understand our dogs specific needs and catered to them 100%. I cannot thank him enough and I will be taking my dogs to see him in the future!

Everyone at country creek is awesome. The front desk personnel are always welcoming and friendly. The techs are friendly and patient with our spoiled fur baby. The vets are awesome and answer questions and return calls promptly. Very happy with country creek

So my dog had to have stitches removed and we came across this place through Google reviews. And boy am I glad we did! We had been looking for a new veterinarian for our rescue dog CoCo that we got around early start of COVID last year.

Recently she got into some medication and had to take her up there again to have a shot given so she’d throw up what she had ingested! They treated her so good and kept her from ever being in harms way from the medication she got into. Amber whose a vet tech up here was absolutely FANTASTIC!

I highly suggest that if your looking for somewhere to take your animals aka FAMILY and have them treated like FAMILY should with very reasonable prices then search no more and visit here ASAP!

The entire staff is excellent! They take good care of their pet owners and patients. I didn't feel pressured to get unnecessary services or treatments and my kitties were very comfortable with each person that handled them. They have an app to keep track of your pet's records, recommended services, and you can make an appointment as well through the app. Very easy and efficient.

Great place! From the office staff who are always so nice & professional to every employee who handles my pup! They truly care about my dog & she loves them right back! Office calls to check after surgery - they care! My dog just was recently spade & you cant even tell where surgery was — beautiful work Dr Lolly! Thank you for caring for Millie!! 😊

We are new to the area and have only had one appointment with Dr. Lollie. We selected Country Creek Animal Hospital because of all the great reviews and what appeared to be excellent boarding facilities from what I could tell online. I can assure you, they are as nice when seen in person as they appear online. Our cat Gracie will be so happy to be on her own floor, separate from the poochies, and she will have a room with a view! Equally as pleasant are Dr. Lollie, and her staff. Very warm and welcoming, and addressed every concern and made sure we were not rushed. After her appointment; I was given a complete tour of the immaculate facility, and I left feeling very reassured that Gracie's boarding stays will be pleasant. As long as our home is in Allen; Gracie's home away from home, and Vet, will be Country Creek Animal Hospital, Dr. Lollie and her pleasant staff!

I have been going to this vet for a year. My boxer has been treated by all 3 doctors at one point or another. I have to say they are ALL fantastic. I can't say enough good things about them. Their entire staff is excellent as well. Kate at the front desk is AWESOME. Very kind with excellent customer service. I trust them implicitly with the care of my baby. LOVE them! We even did a "happy visit" where they made time for my dog to come in and get treats from everyone then leave. You can't go wrong going here.

Country Creek is THE BEST. The care is top-notch. My pup is a patient of Dr. Lollie Mensik. We have also seen Dr. Darrell Mensik and now we have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Torti, the new vet -- and she's fantastic! She grew up with Dr. Lollie as her dog's vet, so she understands both the patient perspective and the high level of service the Mensiks provide. Dr. Tortilla is smart, warm, efficient, and super caring. We will be back to see her! And we are grateful for the great work of Tory and Payton in the office, too: They are all so sweet to my little sheltie and they care for her as if she was their own. I'm so grateful to everyone at Country Creek! The excellent care is why I come here. (The fact they make everything so easy and efficient is total icing on the cake for me!!)

Love this vet office! Doctors are knowledgeable and staff is super nice!! I see them to get my dog groomed, shots updated, and emergencies.

Country Creek Animal Hospital is seriously the BEST! I have been going here for several years and followed Dr. Lollie Mensik from another practice. I drive about 40 minutes to get here, but it’s 100% worth it. She’s that amazing! They have a “country care philosophy” and genuinely care about your pet. She will even text and call post treatment to make sure my pets are doing ok. The staff and everyone here is super friendly. You will love it here.

We can tell Mirna is Great with our Dog Lola. Because always Lola is very picky on who she befriends.

Our family has had wonderful service & experiences over the past six years at the County Creek Animal hospital Allen, Texas.

Definitely recommended Dr Lollie. I feel at ease to leave Poogie (toy poodle) my companion there. Boarding is also great. Very hard to get grooming appt. The staffs are very courteous and friendly.

Those are the best. Great Dr.s who take time with you for my dogs and cat. I drive from Rockwall because I can trust them.

We have been very happy with our experience here at this vet. We have been to a few and have stuck with this one. We literally drive about 40 minutes to come here. They are super friendly. They all genuinely love your pet and give honest clear assessment of their health care needs.

When I got my first puppy I immediately researched vets in my area and Country Creek was the highest rated veterinary around. I have to say I have never been disappointed with my decision. Both Dr. Daryl and Dr. Lollie are professional, compassionate and very accommodating. My now 4 year old schnauzer is always excited to go see them and the vet techs are all wonderful, as well. They also have great kennel facilities! I highly recommend Country Creek Animal Hospital for any vet needs.
