The store lead (or manager) was very helpful and active. He passed by and asked the customers if they needed help or were looking for the specific things.

Fresh sushi and baked chicken always help me out for quick meals. De-boned chicken, cans of cream of mushroom soup, veg-all and top with flaky biscuits makes for an easy POT PIE for the family.

The main reason I still shop at Kroger (Mcdermott) is Silvia's superior customer service. She does an excellent job assisting the consumer. Special thanks go to Silvia!

Just started going to this location after moving to Allen. Convenient location and pretty well stocked, even late at night.

Great place for grocery shopping, the flower section is great and they have usually good plants on sell for a good price. The management is always positive about helping the customers, Joshua goes above and beyond helping everyone around. Everyone is friendly and very respectful when asking for help!

I basically live here. I love getting my groceries here. The staff are all so helpful and kind. They make us feel like a part of a small community. The flower department is beautiful!

I've been using their pickup service and its so easy and helpful. Today, Tim brought the groceries to my car. He was very professional and helpful! He ran back and grabbed the waters I had ordered, that were previously out of stock, because he noticed a delivery was made just before my arrival. I'm so thankful his going the extra step!

My wife and I absolutely love the staff here. Zia at self checkout always greets you with a smile on his face, ready to help. Derrick in the meat department has a great selection and outstanding customer service. Pegah in floral keeps the flowers in amazing shape and will always put together the most beautiful bouquet for any occasion!

This Kroger is in my neighborhood and I shop here often. The employees are friendly and helpful. Since the Covid-19 pandemic I see the employees working hard to stock the shelf's and wiping down the shopping carts and check out counters. I can find most of what I need here without having to go to another store. Recently I ordered a birthday cake for my wife and everyone loved it. I never have any problems returning anything. Thank you to all the employees and managers for all your hard work to make this a great place to shop.

My favorite neighborhood Kroger. Great prices on meat. Great Pharmacy staff. The Sushi chef is better than the one at market street and the other local Kroger’s. I’m in outside sales and stop for quick sushi and this location has the best by far.

Shopping experiences overall are great! The pickup option through the app can be frustrating sometimes with applying the coupons but the customer service representatives always show compassion and address all needs. Thanks Kroger employees, you guys on McDermott are the best!

I went to this location for the 1st time the week before Christmas and expected to be horrified. I was more than pleasantly pleased! The produce was immaculate. I found everything I needed throughout the store, with the help of 2 Kroger workers, thank you for that, because they were very nice and helpful. The store had a few items I couldn't find at Brookshires. The man checking me out was pleasant but also work out from the Holiday craziness, which I totally understood. The guy bagging for me was kind enough to do as I asked since I can't carry more than 10lbs due to the graft in my chest. Then my girl friend and I enjoyed the conscience of having Starbucks rt in the store! So Thank You Kroger! 😁

Found items I can't get at big box stores like Walmart, Sam's, and Costco. Pay more on some items, but it's worth it to me. Nice store, too.

Employees are friendly and I have used their Pharmacy for over a decade. Meat department is great as well!

The greatest thing I love about this location, besides the fact that everyone is so nice and helpful, is the have what is called a Huggie Land. It is a little child care area where the little ones can go play while you shop. The girls that work there are great with the kids, and our little girl always has so much fun when she goes there.

This used to be my favorite Kroger when I lived in Allen. I love the weekly meat sales. This location is cleaner than most of the other locations that are a little older. Always friendly employees here.

Nice people who take time to get to know the locals who frequent the store. The play place for kids is a real hot with our kids and the staff is sorry friendly. Kroger is may be a big corporation, but this place feels local.

Good prices, nice customer service that actually acknowledged me. The produce was well stocked and good quality, will be making my new Kroger location to frequent!
