We stopped in for a can of pizza dough. Walked out with $30 worth of groceries!
The flowers were beautiful, produce & meat all looked very fresh! My red grapes I bought are teasing me and I’m just thinking about them!
The store was well stocked, spacious and well organized. The store gleamed!
Our cashier, Stacy, was friendly and helpful and we signed up for loyalty card in a snap!!
Best part of my trip was the 40cent peppermint chips I found (I haven’t been able to find them all Christmas season in any brand) and the 70cent maple pecan coffee I bought to take home for my folks!

Probably the best Tom Thumb store in all Dfw metroplex. Great bakery too.

If you have any balloon decorating needs, go see Joanne in the floral department. She’s amazing, so thoughtful and will create a really cute design on your budget!

Dinitri was very helpful in finding a slice of the cake my grandma wanted. :) He and the person at the bakery helped me find it, and Dimitri then helped me check out with cash when I could not find my card Dimitri is a very kind and helpful worker.

I would like to thank Lida for helping me today. I greatly appreciate her patience and help with the coupons and understanding how the app works. Excellent customer service.

Rarely visit this location because we have one closer to home but the last few times we have went the deals we found were amazing!
13$ pack of country pork ribs marked 50% off rang up at the register for 1.29
10$ pack of burgers marked 50% off rang up 2.00 at the register… so no promises but we do find good deals here

Great Employees ! Just a reminder there are still lots of honest and very helpful people in our city, and they work at Tom Thumb on McDermont in Allen TX. I left the store a few days ago and forgot about $30.00 of items at the checkout desk. I went by my daughters before going home and noticed I was missing some items I had paid for when I got home. It had been about an hour and I thought I was just out the money but, decided to go back to the store (just in case I could report my loss to the manager). I am a senior citizen and a store employee had helped me check out my items, and I saw her when I got back, she had put my items in a bag at the front desk, hoping I would come back! I was pleasantly surprised and very thankful for her caring and doing the right thing. She is great and really helped me out. $ 30.00 means a lot when living on Social Security. A big Thank You Again to this Helpful and Great Lady! 👏

I went to Tom Thumb to get a few salads from the deli. The service was absolutely incredible! Not only did the lady, Carmen, serve me so kindly, but she went around the counter to hand me my salads as I was holding my daughter, I only had one hand free. When I went to the self checkout, the manager helped me scan my items and found a bag to easily carry them to my car. I am so touched by their acts of kindness and going above and beyond!

The store was cleaned, filled with many fresh foods (cold and hot items in deli area). The best thing to me was seeing so many employees that spoke to us and asked if we needed assistance. Additionally, the employees were knowledgeable about the store and had very neat appearances.

Very nice store. It was clean, well stocked, & the employees were a breath of fresh air being so polite & helpful. I had 3 employees come to me asking if I needed any help & that's rare these days. Oh and, they had a beautiful Christmas selection of floral & some of the prettiest orchids of all colors I've ever seen. I just wish all TT's were like this one. Way to go Tom Thumb!

Nice and clean, have a large bakery, deli and veggie department, with a meet and seafood department which I love. They had some good clearance items, but the meat was about a $1.00 more than what walmart had. I looked at Honeysuckle, they had it on sale for $4.80 and Walmart had it regular price at online for $3.90. Not sure why the difference. But that's my review.

I feel everyone treats you like family, in this store!

One of the managers went absolutely above and beyond for me today. My car battery died and I called to see if I could leave my car parked there until the towing company came, he tried to jump my car but it didn’t work. It was really hot outside and he was very kind and patient. I’ve been coming to this location for about 5 years now & have always had pleasant interactions with the employees. Thank you for all that you do!

One of my favorite Tom Thumb locations. The store is always clean, the chances of contacting chlamydia from just stepping into the restroom is at least half that of other locations, and I don’t even have to wear my stab vest. 10/10 would recommend.

Hadn't been in a long time. They've redone the interior for big improvement. Wide aisles are nice. Good prices, especially with membership which just means entering your phone #. I'll be back!

Two out of the last three days, we've purchased bone-in ribeyes from Tom Thumb to grill. Excellent quality for the price!

Want to shout out to the bakery section at this location. Lisa and Habibi are always welcoming and give super service! Keep it up. I keep coming here every week.

I was in the store a couple of weeks ago and Miss Lydia who was in the Deli couldn't have been nicer in helping me out, I haven't seen customer service like that from any other store(Kroger). Also the lady in the Bakery was very nice and helpful when I asked about sweet potato pie, I didn't get her name though. Thank you ladies for your great customer service.😃

We bought a beautiful hanging basket as a gift for some dear friends. Two young ladies named Charissa and Lee were really delightful and put a pretty ribbon on it for us. Overall this is a very nice store. I like shopping here.

Clean and well organized.
Self checkout is separated by how many items you have. Why doesn't everyone do this. It makes everything so much faster
