Sean was amazing!!! He hooked me up with a new phone, iPad, and Apple Watch through Verizon’s new promotions. He saw my needs and filled them. Great Service and Amazing Customer service from the sales rep by the name of Rayan.

I had the best experience here thanks to the employees Rissa and Ryan! My child and I came in to get a gizmo watch and set up an account and they made the trip here so quick and easy. Ryan was very nice holding a long conversation with my son, Rissa got us set up with the watch and helped me enroll in autopay, she was so incredibly sweet. I recommend coming here if you’re looking for a new device.

I was enthusiastically greeted by the three persons working there. I was asked what brought me in, and I told them the issue I was having with my phone. The problem was solved In a timely manner. I also received help with ordering a new protector screen, and carrying case. Last but not least I was signed up for the auto payment which saves me a few dollars each month. I highly recommend there’s Verizon store and their employees.

So my experience here has been extraordinary. The staff is eager and enthusiastic. I found them to be knowledgeable. I found them to be full of feelings. I hope that all my Verizon interactions will be just as good. My my sales reps were Marwan and Shay couple of characters if I do, ask myself.

I highly recommend visiting this location and asking to work with Rissa! She is fantastic and went over the top with great customer service for my husband and me as we both got new phones and needed to switch over from AT&T. She is knowledgeable, patient and fun! She helped us find the best plan for us and helped the whole process feel seamless. I truly was dreading having to go to any phone store, but Rissa has changed my outlook into a positive one. I took my elderly father to this location the day after Christmas to get a new flip phone that was easier to use. He was visiting from out of state and did not have any proof of purchase for his old flip phone. Marwan and Rissa were extremely helpful, walking us through the process of buying out the old phone contract, transferring the number to the new phone, transferring all contact records, and even troubleshooting why my calls were being blocked. Great service that was much appreciated!
