Kohl's

For the most part kohls gives you a good shopping experience. Great deals and sales especially when they have their clearance event were you take another 50% off the already clearance price. The Kohl's cash, Rewards money they give you monthly. Yes they are a good place to shop.

I hadn't been to a Kohl's since my late father in law passed away because we used to go every year before Christmas and he would buy me 2 big houses or businesses for our Christmas town display . It had become a tradition for the 2 of us and so I finally went in there this year and it brought joy and pain but definitely a blessing for the memory . Kohls has a very nice variety and selection of clothing , shoes, bedding, makeup , perfume and hand bags along with kitchenware .

The store was stocked with a good selection of Christmas gifts. A floor mgr. stopped me to ask how she could help (l am older and was alone.) I told her what l needed and she took me to where my item could be found, then asked if l needed anything else to include could she carry the item fo me. I didn't need any more help and thanked her. She left.

There were about 10 other customers in line at checkout where l met her again. I recognize this entire interaction was early in holiday shopping, but at no time was she impatient, impolite or disrespectful...all behaviors l have witnessed/experienced by various sales personnel in stores in the past...especially r/t my being older and the assumption by them l might be 'slow'.
I will say l am not that swift with technology advancements, but my money/credit is up to date as is my memory.

One of the managers went out of her way Just to make sure that I was well taken care of & got what I was looking for. She stayed with me for at least 45 minutes. Very Patient Lady.

Very nice place, large selection, also have big & tall section.... Employees are very nice and helpful 👍👍

The new schematic to shop changed. Might the a bit longer to find what you need. However, if you shop online. The puck up location is perfect to go and get your stuff.

Store was clean, but a tad messy at clearance racks. I enjoy purchasing online and picking up from store associate free. Ive never had any problems at this store, yet nothing really exemplary comes to mind. The cosmetics section...Sephora...had nothing at all that would have flattered my face.

I absolutely love it here. I always get amazing deals thanks to their clearance sales, coupons, and Kohls cash. You can get really nice things at affordable prices if you time it just right. And the quality never fails. I think I've had only one bad blouse in the last 10 years of shopping here. The employees are helpful and kind when I need assistance.

Had to return my Amazon purchase, and got 3 pairs of pants with 20% off in store coupon! Always a nice experience. They need more help though, changing rooms were filled with clothes in ever stall. They had a Apply Now sign inside!

Always clean, nice selection. My go to for kids cloths.

Went looking for Croc shoes, but I just found slides. The store was very nice. I wish I had more time to shop.

Nice clean store. I didn't find anything to purchase, but the store was mostly neat. Their clearance sections are very unorganized which makes you have to dig to see what all is there, but overall the store was good.

Attn: Krista Jones: Two identical handbags were shipped to me. i was frantically attempting to return them to Amazon. The lovely girl at Kohl's Amazon kiosk was unable to help me. After four friends/family had died in the same week, I was emotionally unable to deal with the return. Sonia offered to assist me. She knew exactly how to process the return and solved my issue promptly. Please know how much I appreciate her ability, her kindness and her perfect customer service. She is an outstanding employee!

One of my favorite places for clothes and my wife chooses most of her gifts from here too! Honestly, we probably go in 5 times as often for Amazon returns as for anything else, but we’ll typically end up buying something while we’re there. It’s a great store.

They put a Sephora in where the jewelry counter used to be. Excited for the Sephora!
