Wow! What a wonderful experience! we were greeted with a huge smile from Ms. Mickey the second we walked in the door. Ms. Claudia Fox at Estee was so lovely! Extremely clean and organized. Customer service legit!! I will definitely be back. Highly recommend shopping here!!

Love this store! The only downfall is at checkout. They push customers to open up credit cards with them. There are not enough cashiers, thus making an overly long wait to check out. I get frustrated 😠 each time I try to check out. I don't know why they can't have another cashier to ONLY work with customers who want to open a credit card!!

The clothing is beautiful it was my first time there they have great specials on the prices this time of year I highly recommend shopping there.

I have never shopped at belk before. Today, I swung by and even if there were only so much workers, I caught sight of Kirt. He was very kind and even asked his coworkers if they needed assistance. He also went around asking the customers if they were okay. He was working at the cash register when I checked out and was very soft spoken and you can tell he’s doing his best to serve everyone that he could, knowing they were shorthanded, or at least I assumed so cause I only saw three people working there. Thanks, Kirt! I hope there will be more people like you everywhere.

It was a wonderful experience. Every sales person I dealt with was amazing. I actually made two separate purchases. Both gentleman were personable, professional, and helpful. AND Castle on the Hill was playing in the background. I was so happy I felt like dancing in the aisles.

Belk Department Store is one of the best places to shop. I go in there all of the time and the associates are extremely friendly and polite. If any questions need to be answered, the manager is happy to answer them and if the item you're looking for is not there in the store, they can order it for you and ship it to your house for free as long as you don't have a P.O. Box. Wonderful place and great people!

Kay at the cosmetic counter was extremely helpful to me today. She was knowledgeable and recommended a different foundation for me to try. I appreciated her giving me a sample to try. Kay is a big asset to the Waco store, and I hope she stays with you a long time.

Belk is one of my favorite department stores, especially the baby (children's) department where I shop frequently. Very good sales in most areas.

I am handicap use a walker. The aisles are wide and floor is well maintained. It is easy to shop plenty of choices. I especially like the Estee Lauder location at front of store.

I couldn't find a good pair of shoes for my granddaughter anywhere. Thankfully, Belk had just what I was looking for. Thanks for the Nikes, and the friendly service. You guys are great!

I love shopping the Clearance racks here! You can't beat $1.99 for an item of clothing! Also they have a super cute pair of womens cowboy boots for like $60!

We had just gone in to browse, but we found some great bargins. The store is well layed out, so it is pretty easy to find things. It was clean and neat, and the staff was professional.

They had a very good sale. I bought 2 jackets and a sweater. The clerk's were very friendly and helpful.
