Ross Dress for Less

We had a good experience here! We were looking for a last-minute formal outfit for a tall guy, and found a white shirt, pants, socks, shoes, and a belt for $70. The line honestly took longer than shopping did, there was only one person working the register. She was super friendly though!

I do enjoy a good shopping trip! Especially with Ross prices! I'm a regular here, and staff is usually very helpful and kind

Lots, of nice items to choose from, Pink Boots, for my daughter 💕 nice black dress shirt for my husband and some very throw pillows. Not in photos 😅. Ross Store, also have a great assorted reusable bags.

Great selection of merchandise. Workers was really friendly. Went in this morning and the manager was out stocking and straightening up, really nice guy thats the kind of employees everyone should have. I look forward to my next trip

Approximately Feb 1, 2020, I bought several items including shoes which I returned immediately.

Maybe a month later I found my receipt and did not know what my $27 item was. Called, explained to manager. She checked video and saw my purchase. Meanwhile I came into the store. She stayed with me, answering questions and I finally remembered what I bought. Initially I was sure it was a mistake. I was not going home until I knew what I bought.

She was non-judgmental, offering memory suggestions, VERY PATIENT, until I remembered. Cashiers were a reflection of her superior customer service.

I’ve been in several Ross’s in three different states and did not shop in the afternoon as everything was on the floor, long lines and short staffed. Not here.

They also have excellent, hard to find and rare cosmetic and some supplements at great prices.

This is a great place to find branded items for fair price. They have a great selection of clothes, shoes, home decor, bedding, pet supplies, handbags, perfumes, home essentials, and phone accessories. It's a great place to shop for a variety of things in one place. Bathrooms are located in the back of the store. Bathrooms need attention and upkeep with cleaning. The store itself is wheelchair accessible inside but the front access is not easily accessible. It's not easy to come through the store if you're in a wheelchair or pushing a stroller. It's difficult to hold the door open while pushing a stroller to get into the store and sometimes might require assistance. Located in the central market place in Waco, there is plenty of parking when visiting the store. Great customer service, the employees are always friendly and welcoming.

It was very busy with people back to school shopping but still found things we needed

I love to visit this shop once a month to see if any new collection of shoes, dresses, bags are available and yes, i see some new collections in every month. I this place. I bought two dresses for $35, one bag for $19 just a few days ago.

I was looking for a large suitcase and Ross had it more cheaper then other stores super large suitcase for only below $40 you go to other stores their past $150 Ross is the best story ever

The staff is always friendly and the store is always well put together. I love shopping there. The lines can get long at times but they move pretty fast.

My family and I love shopping at Ross. Yes, it needs some organization and the people that come in there really need to learn how to control their kids, but that part doesn't have anything to do with the store. They have a great selection of clothes and shoes. Love this store!

They always have great selection of clothing and accessories for great prices.

I've noticed that some of the things I've purchased here for my family have defects such as crooked seams and tears that have been repaired. Manufacturer defects or returns. Besides that, great prices & decent selection.

I love this store, they have everything! I'm always greeted when I walk in. I make a visit at least once every 2 weeks, I surprised they don't greet me by my name, lol!! Found something for date night, yay!!

Great store! I love Ross in general but the fact I found five pairs of shoes made it an amazing day! (Especially since I wear size 11 shoes)
